We bought a floor model Maxx spa from Agean. We purchased the floor model only because we were assured that it was in perfect working order and it had only been on the floor a couple of days. The lights and stereo did not work correctly from the beginning. I was on the phone with them numerous times from the second day we had it. This was July. I was basically told that the stereo was a hit or miss item and nothing could be done. In August, they ordered a new part to fix the lights. The man came out in mid September and did, literally, a 3 minute repacement. The lights worked correctly for a couple of weeks. I called Agean the first week of November to let them know that some lights were out and others weren't working correctly. I was told that they must have put in a "bad part", and it would be replaced. I called numerous times to find out my status and was told that the repairman had more important jobs and would get to me soon. It is December 16, they finally were going to come today, but now there would be a $55 service charge. We live "far out". Ridiculous that they won't even stand by their own products and repair something that hadn't been right from the beginning. We will not be shopping there again, and will not hesitate to share this experience with anyone.

Terrible experience. Ordered a vanity top and paid $200 down. After waiting over a month I called for a status and was told they had no record of me ordering. Was later told they lost our order but would have it made right away. I was told to come in after noon and they would cut it while I waited. Got an email that morning that it was ready so I show up at 1:00 and I'm told the guy that cuts it left at noon. Promised that it will be a priority and ready next business morning. Get a call next day that it's not ready because they cut it wrong. Again told it would be ready in 2 days. 2 days and word so I call and it's finally ready. When I pick up it up there's no apology, never mind a discount. All I get is griping that this costs them time & money. Really???
I would never recommend shopping here.

There was no exception made for cutting it as result of the mix up. That was a charge that we paid for from the start. A charge that should have been take off in my opinion.
And an apology for the first 2 mistakes was nice. But when I go in after the 3rd mistake I shouldn't be greeted with griping about how you lost money on this order. This cost me too. I had a contractor lined up 3 times and now I'm back in line to get them out again.

On Monday, once I realized how nuts I was to try to deal with a different hot tub place, I was pointed to Agean Bath and Spa. I went there after lunch, and was given a tour and education on hot tubs by a lovely sales person (who traditionally doesn't sell hot tubs." In no time, I found the right hot tub for me (refurbished) near my budget. Not only did I work with this lovely person, I also met with some of the owners and this place is also a family owned businessbut a much more professional environment. Within a few hours of me putting money down, I received a text with a video of my hot tub running. they ran more tests on it to make sure it was good for delivery. And 2 days later (today), it is here!! It is now warming up and I can't wait to slide in!

I highly recommend Agean Bath and Spa!!

Knowledgeable, friendly sales staff who will help you design every piece of your project. Our master bath turned out wonderful! Once we demo'd our room and had measurements for the new room, Amy was able to maximize storage and a layout that we love. You will never get this kind of expert advice inside the big box stores, just take your project to Agean!

I can't say enough about Agean! We have had 2 baths remodeled with the Agean marble and fixtures and they are beyond beautiful even 7 years later! Last year we purchased a hot tub to replace our old one and the customer service and delivery was spot on! They stand by their products and are always eager to help!
They even offer to free ship hot tub chemicals. Now that's customer service!
I rate the sales, service and product satisfaction ( 6 ) STARS!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Purchased a MAXX spa from them a few years ago. Great customer service, and very knowledgeable staff. Since then, I have also used them for bathroom fixtures for a remodel at home. They helped put together a couple of different options to choose from and we ended up getting exactly the pieces that we wanted.

Remodeled master bath and purchased marble shower walls, marble shower base, marble whirlpool tub, and two marble sinks. Asked if I wanted delivery and I said yes because we would need help getting the tub upstairs. When items were delivered the driver stated they only dropped things off on the driveway or garage. Whirlpool tub had no motor, sinks were wrong size, and one had a large stain. Called the company and was told to I could pick up the motor (even though I paid for delivery), they tried to charge me to cut down sinks even though the sinks were not the sizes listed on their paperwork, and was told I stained the sink so I had to pay if I wanted another one. Amazing considering the stain was underneath the plastic they wrapped the sink in. The gentleman told me they didn't make mistakes. If you have no problem spending a lot of money, getting damaged materials, not receiving your full order, poor customer service, and pieces not delivered in sizes ordered by all means this is your place. I still need a glass sower door but I won't be buying it from here.

We had a Bluetooth update installed by Allan and we were very pleased with the outcome and the vast knowledge that Allan had about our tub. He was great and we are so happy with the results. Agean, you rock and now we can, too!!

Excellent experience with buying a shower door. Quote was very competitive. Kept in place until bathroom done so I could supply exact measurement. After ordering, door was delivered faster than promised right to my door! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Several years ago, I think I managed to look at every "Hot Tub" place in the city. Each and every one of them crammed their particular tub, with their "Special Price" down my throat. I swung in Agean on the way home from work one day, and I couldn't be happier. From explaining the differences in the options and chemicals, to offering delivery and removal of my old tub, I was sold. No one was pushy or abrasive, they just wanted to make certain that all of my questions were answered when I left.

If you're in the market for a hot tub, I would highly recommend you stop in and look at their selection.

I have an owner occupied rental property in which I initially considered Bath Fitter. After seeing the millimeter thin plastic they place over your old tub, it's impossible to believe it will stand the test of time and also covers up any potential issues/mold. I had a cultured marble shower and a basco shower door installed in one of the three bathrooms about 8 years ago. Still completely durable and still looks new when cleaned. After using this myself for a number of years, I was convinced to install the same product in the other two bathrooms. Say goodbye to moldy grout lines and trust in the durability of the product, the marble is seamless and thick. Keeping the shower clean is virtually maintenance free! The experience I had with Agean was great from start to finish. Strongly suggest this product if considering any type of bathroom renovation.
