We had a very positive experience! After some initial trouble finding the Ravenna location (it's actually closer to Kent), we found the salesperson to be very knowledgeable and helpful. More importantly, the delivery guys were very careful and did a dynamite job not only installing my washing machine but patiently explaining how it worked and what NOT to do. I have done several loads and am very pleased with the results. We likely will need to replace our dishwasher soon and Myers will be high on our list.

We bought a washer and dryer from Myers and the initial visit to the showroom, delivery, and setup went without a hitch. The salesman, Bob, answered all of my questions and was quite helpful. The delivery team took care not to damage the floor and the appliances were set up with no dents and no problems. Joe spent some extra time at the end to make sure we were satisfied with everything. We would recommend Myers without hesitation.

MY husband and I purchased an Amana refrigerator from Myers Appliance (October 2017) and are very pleased with the product. We received top-notch service from the two young men who delivered and installed the product. They were here when they said they would be and worked quickly and efficiently. They answered all questions that I had,offering helpful tips ,and worked very carefully so as not to cause any damage to our home as they placed the refrigerator in our kitchen. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service and product. Thank you Myers Appliance!

We have been long-time customers of Myers Appliance. In fact, our 28 year-old Maytag dryer recently needed repairing. Everything was handled expertly, and Jahmal went above and beyond to handle our problem. And yes, we did repair the old Maytag. Have used Myers over the years for purchase and repair of appliances when we lived in Stow. Washer, dryer, microwave, range and have been pleased. This time the repair man, Jamal, was exceptional in terms of his courtesy, ability to explain the repair, answer questions and complete repair in timely manner. Good hire on your part. Only complaints: high cost of parts and initial charge of $99. Relatively simple repair (replace pump) was $300+. So hope it lasts. Still better than buying a new washer.

Two polite young men came and removed my washer and brought in the new one. They were both very careful not to bump my woodwork or walls. They set the washer in place and made sure it was properly installed. I would highly recommend Myers Appliance.

I had a comfortable feeling that the salesmen with whom my husband and I dealt were indeed knowledgeable and honest. In fact, we've been buying from Myers Appliance for years with satisfaction. On Dec.22 we had a GE range delivered and installed by Myer Appliance.
The delivery men, Joe and Jon, were very efficient and helpful. Joe explained some of the uses of the range and set it to burn off the odor in the oven. Very helpful. Lorna Hurd

The delivery men were very pleasant, efficient and seemed to know what they were doing. And I love the GE range. My only suggestion would be for the gentleman who took my order over the phone to work on his customer service skills. If it wasn't for the fact that Myers delivers AND hooks up the gas, I might have bought somewhere else.
