In the past 4 months I have purchased a stove and a washing machine from Grove's. I had great service. The salesmen did not pressure me and understood my budget. The deliverymen were also great. I needed my washing machine delivered at a very specific time, when I got home after making the purchase, I got a call from my salesman. The delivery was able to be made that afternoon, and I did not have to wait at all. Will shop again and highly recommend.

We have dealt with Groves for many years. We have always had great service and reasonable prices. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. I also like the fact that for years I have been able to mail my packages by UPS right at the store. We have bought everything from freezers to washers too many to list. Their customer service is great and they always come to the house when there is a service problem in a timely manner. We also like the fact that we are never pressured by the sales staff to buy, we are given great customer service whether we are buying or "just looking". It is an added bonus that we are dealing with a local community business. Keep up the good work guys!!
