Nice little family owned repair shop! Have not actually had my car repaired here, but I have had my car registration done here and a friends! They are super fast and easy to get into without an appointment! 5/5 for sure!

Carters was not busy and my car had broke down heading to a family reunion. He refused instantly to even glance at my vehicle and was not very polite or personable I wouldn't recommend this shop.down the streetJakes auto is amazing and take the time to help one another.

Always come for registration. Quick and painless. The staff is not into small talk or any talk, and doesn't answer questions (in my experience) when asking about how to fix issues regarding fixes on your own.

I had Carter's replace a catalytic converter for me 13 months ago and it went out. I called him back and he told me that's about how long they last and he only warranties them for a year. Everyone with basic mechanical sense knows they last much longer that a year. The cheapest one Auto Zone sells has a 5 year warranty. This guy installs crappy parts.

Was one of the only shops we could find open on a Saturday when we were having problems with our car battery. Carter got us in quick, diagnosed the car within an hour or so, and repaired everything for $25. Considering he could have taken advantage of us and charged us a lot more, we felt he was very honest. Would definitely go again.

We've been bringing our cars here for several years since Todd came highly recommended by my parents and we've always been treated exceptionally well. He's always gone out of his way to make sure we are taken care of every time even if it took a couple of tries and a lot of extra work to find out what was going on. I really appreciate both of them for being very honest and doing whatever they can to squeeze us in even on the busiest of days. Highly recommend even if you have to go out of your way a little. Genuinely good people.
