Called earlier in the day, said we were coming about 1:30. When we got there a nice young man helped up but the owner was no where to be found..
the trailer we wanted to look at smelled of old people and the other one smelled of propane!

My wife and i have been looking for a trailer camper for a while. We found Washburn Motors Auto and RV. Steve and Ben were there to help us find our trailer camper with excellent pricing and wonderful service. Ruben helped us with our walk through and was very knowledgeable. I would go back to Washburn Motors again and would recommend them.

I purchased a trailer a little over a year ago and left the lot feeling great about the process. Within a few months I found a few items that concerned me and I became frustrated. When this was brought to Steve's attention, he moved quickly to address everything he could.
With this in mind I would buy from Steve again and recommend you do the same and no I do not know Steve or his team except for my purchase. I live in another state and found it worth the drive. I have never worked with a dealership with as much integrity.I have been impressed with Steve and his desire to make sure the sale is a win win.

So, I was in the market for an RV.
I went to other RV dealers who will not be named and their on the floor prices were different than their online prices.
Other dealers will try to charge you $1000 dollars above the online price
This was the first dealer that I went too that didn't have a discrepancy.
.
All the accounting was done in front of me (The other dealers go into the back with the 'Boss' to see how they can squeeze every penny out of you.)
They pulled up the value on NADA for me and showed me all of the features and their respected values.
They called the mechanic to install my trailer brake and equalizer hitch on his day off.
These guys just do it right and they make every effort to ensure the customer is satisfied with their purchase.
I recommend this dealer to all people that are in the market for an RV.response / report this review -

Bought a trailer from Washburn this summer. Both Steve and Angela went out of their way to help us. They were fair on price and fixed problems with the trailer without hesitation. They always seemed concerned about making sure things were done promptly and making sure we had the trailer ready for our trips.
Steve took the time to help me on a hot day get my old rusty Equalizer hitch adjusted to properly tow the trailer home. No small task.
