Customer service was EXTREMELY poor. It was very unwelcoming and the staff ALL looked like they didn't care to be here. The concessions staff were all quite off putting and that alone almost kept me from even seeing the movie. They rushed us with our order. A female concessions attendant had a snippy tone, and gave it to us like "here you gonow go!" The guy who took our tickets as we walked to the actual theater had a suit on. I assumed he was a manager. He did not acknowledge us or speak to us as he held a conversation with someone else. The lack of customer service is just ridiculous. The icing on the cake was that it smelled and the floors were sticky. Ew! I've worked in a theatre so I know how it SHOULD be done. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was due to the price. At first I thought it was a sweet dealnow I see why it's so cheap. Do better staffget some proper training on customer service and providing them with a great experience!

horrible experience. movie sound kept cutting out, screen flashing. Theater was filthy. and They had no popcorn. worst movie theater experience ever!!!! DO NOT GO!!!!

During the entire movie it looked like someone jacked off onto the movie screen. The chairs were super uncomfortable and they give you 97.62 percent ice in your large drink

Since recently bought out by AMC, the theater has became insanely overpriced. The concessions are HIGH and they stopped the couple combos. I could understand price increases IF improvements were being made. The theater is still in the same condition.

Great theater for the price. It is smaller than normal theaters and the movies are ones that came out a month or more ago but it's only $2 so it's a good deal to see new movies in theaters.

I don't have a problem with the place. People make snarky comments but the fancy theatres have way worse service. If you sit in a "smelly" section, that says more about your common sense than the theatre's quality, feel me?

Have been going to this theater since I moved here in 2013. Yes, it is not the cleanest but you cannot beat the price so it is nice to be able to see the movies on the big screen especially during the week when crowds are minimal. The Tuesday deal is AWESOME, spend 5 bucks plus tax and get movie, popcorn and a drink! Add some Milk Duds for another 2 bucks!! Very dedicated agreeable staff so treat them nice as they are not getting paid enough to be disrespected. Also appreciate the fact that they think of the kiddies with lots of G and PG selections as my friend with 2 grade school kids could not afford to do movies at Pier Park even with their Tuesday special. Good Deal so go see a movie at the Mall!!
