  Beautiful store, clean and well-stocked. Kind, courteous and helpful employees. Jan was our cashier. She is pleasant and cheerful, made our shopping experience awesome!

  I loved Publix but they've been doing a lot of changes it is destroying a great store. I never had to worry about buying food there until now. They are removing great products and replacing them with inferior products. The produce has been awful, either unripe, or rotten. No happy medium. Dairy or meat that has expired dates. For the most part this staff is pretty nice however, there are several that are just downright rude. I love the set up but they never have the items in stock I am looking for anymore.

  I have been in quite a few Publix stores in my life, but this store has the best layout I've ever encountered. The flow of the store is perfect. The staff is always very friendly and Publix offers great sales week to week.

  I love this Publix. Helpful friendly staff, a decent selection of organic or non-GMO food, and on the rare occasion I can't find something I want, they have offered to order it for me.

  This is by far the absolute WORST publix I have ever been to. Normally the employees in the various areas offer to help you, not this one. They have the rudest and most unhelpful employees you could ever have the misfortune to come across. Looking to pick up a rotisserie chicken for dinner? Don't come here. They never have them ready. Looking for fried chicken? Don't come here. Looking for a nice shopping experience? Do yourself a favor and AVOID this place at all costs. It's awful and gives a bad name to Publix.

  The team recognizes and and acknowledges me when I walk in and on the aisles. I've never had handshakes at a store before! A truly great shopping experience and I sincerely thank them all.

  Publix staff are always friendly, the store relatively clean, and the selection is pretty great. The docked star is mostly for the prices which are pretty high in comparison to other grocery stores in the area unless you manage to catch what you're shopping for on sale. Overall, a wonderful experience between the delicious sandwiches and sushi and the free cookies and balloons for kids.

  This is a top notch store. All the publix are nice but at this one they have really nice people working there, good selection and the store is really clean. The produce and meats are awesome. It may cost more than other grocery stores in the area but its worth the money.

  It doesn't matter where you live in bay county you need to make this Publix your grocer. The staff seem truly amazing to go beyond expectations in serving and assisting you. Sure you could possibly find ramen noodles or herbal essence shampoo cheaper elsewhere but you won't find those items in a more cleaner, friendlier, grocery store in the entire southeast. I
