  I have taken my cars there for as long as I can remember, but the last 3 times I have spoken with them they have been incredibly abrupt to the point of rude. If they don't need my business I can sure take it somewhere else - Very Disappointed.

  I feel like we always get honest, reasonably priced service here. We've found that other local service shops in the area tend to over diagnose issues, but Ronnie's, in our experience, has never pulled this on us. We understand that they stay busy and it may take a few more days than say, a dealership, to finish with our vehicle, but it's worth the wait for us. If they weren't busy, I'd take that as a bad sign. Ronnie's has been our go to place for all of our vehicles, for many years.

  Had the best costumer service experience with an auto repair shop at Ronnies in PCB. I was here early about a leaking water pump. Ronnie and his technicians took my Tahoe in first and made the repairs within 2 hours knowing that our family was in need of the car before checking out of our condo to drive 6 hours back home. I would recommend Ronnies to anyone in need of repairs while in the PCB area.

  Been doing business with Ronnie for over 20 years. He is a standup guy. But the A-hole big guy with dark hair working behind the counter is not. I'll never do business with Ronnie's again so long as that guy works there. He is a smartass and is not pleasant to deal with. Sorry Ronnie, but he is running off your customers.

  The only place I repeat the only place to bring your car if you want your car to run correctly! Keep in mind they are super busy so you must have some patience, at the same token they are more than nice and always willing to help out!
  
  Make sure you take your car to Ronnies or you will REGRET it..
