This store just moved to this location from across the street. I don't know if they hired all new people or if the cashiers are just slow. I waited in line forever and finally walked out after watching 4 cashiers stand at registers but never offer to help anyone. They literally did this for almost 5 minutes. I just don't understand what the problem was. The other day they claimed to be all out of a free gift. I don't need anything bad enough to give this Ulta any of my money.

Worst store I've ever been to. There were at least 6 staff standing around and absolutely no one helped me.

I advise others not to come here, poor work with even worse management.
First, I was given a list of materials to buy for a hair extension appointment. The day of my appointment I was told that I didn't have enough hair and to buy more. After many unnecessary trips to the hair store, I finally thought I had bought all the items on the list. Eventually, I got my hair extensions put in; only to find out the technician forgot to add an important item to the list but still proceeded to finish a lackluster extension job with insufficient materials. After noticing the unpleasant effort, I complained to management with plenty of proof of the terrible job; even then they gave a hard time to fix the extensions. Finally, they realized their mistakes and attempted to fix my hair for free. However, a few days later my extensions from the first day are beginning to fall out exponentially. Being out of the state, I called over the phone and offered to provide pictures of this horrible job and demanded a refund. Only to get told, "sorry, there is nothing more we can do." This experience with this company has been terrible since day 1. They have wasted my time and money without a satisfying performance.response / report this review -

My 9 year old daughter and I went yesterday and had our hair cut and colored. I have received so many compliments on the color today and my daughter loves her hair as well! Thank you again Thomas for doing such a fabulous job on my cut and color and extra special thanks to Madison who treated my daughter like a princess and made her feel so special. We don't have the opportunity to do mommy daughter days often and you both helped make our day even more awesome. I've seriously never had a better experience at a salon and my daughter getting that extra attention really meant a lot to me. We will definitely be back!

Not totally pleased. Went in hoping to find make up, but the gal at the counter seemed annoyed that I am not fluent in makeup language and actually needed help figuring out what would work for me. Came back later to just buy hair stuff instead. A really nice girl with lovely green hair helped me and was amazing! Unfortunately though, I left my gift card at home. The manager was not willing to let me give her the card number and Pin number if my husband sent them to me. OH WELL, I bought all the stuff I wanted online, PLUS MORE. I appreciate the one lady but the manager was seriously rude.

The staff is approachable (which is a big deal for me). They never make me feel dumb for asking questions about products. I can ask for cheaper versions of certain products and they not only point me in the right direction, but help me compare them. I've never had to worry about them breathing down my neck as I shop around. They are all so pretty and knowledgeable, unlike at Sephora where the girls look like they have mud smeared all over their faces.
