Mike handles phone calls and customer's questions himself. He took time with me to describe what would need to be done to repair my car and to estimate times and costs. While I was there, he met with a customer picking up his car and described that the process was more extensive and involved than they originally thought, but completed it at the original estimated price. Mike answered all of my questions and gave me a detailed print out of the estimated work and costs and then gave me a second one if I only wanted a partial repair. Unfortunately, my insurance company made it difficult for me to use him as they have a small group of preferred providers and in fact strong armed me into using one in particular. Is this legal? Anyway, I was impressed with Mike and his shop and was disappointed my insurance company made it difficult to get approved to use him without going through a guantlet first. I had neither the time or energy, so did not get to utilize this shop.

All I can say is they are 100% honest. I have been in three accidents and every time Mike and Tyler have been amazing. I have been helped with my deductible so I can get the repairs done. Every time they have worked on my car it was like it never happened. I think the thing that sets them apart from other body shops is they are very honest. If I get a estimate and its not in my budget they will give me other options for me to decide on. The place is very clean and a excellent atmosphere especially for car lovers. This is the body shop I send all my friends to and really anyone who has ever asked.

I had to have my car worked on after hitting a deer. I was impressed with the customer service, being a female it kind of made me nervous. After dealing with them they explained everything so I could understand. They did the job very speedy and professional. Getting a whole new bumper and you can't tell any difference. Paint (purple) matches perfect! If I ever need more work, I know this is the place to go!! Thanks guys!!!
