Room 1702. Needs major updating
Everything old and ruff. Also was in 502. Nice bery clean and updated. All in all nice resort

My only complaint is the slow elevator and super hot stair well. Other wise we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend this location for a quiet relaxing beach vacation.

The room had a great view of the beach, very easy access to beach and pool, they had a hot tub and a warm tub for some reason. Only complaint was that kitchen was outdated, coffee maker exploded, and we didn't have enough chairs, also some idiot kept walking in the door randomly to go paint, like he works in a condo and doesn't even understand the concept of privacy. On the other hand the owner's were very accommodating and bought us new silverware and plates and bowls to replace the cheap ones they failed to wash well, they also bought us a new coffee maker to replace the one that exploded. Overall a pretty good condo, I recommend that you stay.

Great place! 701 is just up far enough but not too low either. Everything was great and had everything we needed. Loved the hot tub too!

We absolutely love Caribbean Resort Condominiums. This will be our third year in a row staying in unit 1701. The view is breath taking and the condo is gorgeous.
The rental company is very friendly and quick to fix any issues you may experience.
It is also nice being so close to Pensacola Beach and Destin. We usually spend a day at each of those. We are already booked and looking forward to returning to our home away from home.
