First day checking in hotel staff showed no hospitality. Room was disgusting and smell was unbearable. Room contained very few towels Hallway's walls were literally falling apart. Also saw roaches in the hallway. cleaning staff were never present things from cigarettes, toothbrushes, and bags of trash i assume. That night there were hair strands on the bed pillow cases were dirty and did not even want to lay down on it .The next day key would not work my room also was not cleaned. Manager claimed she personally cleaned rooms. which was false.Numerous guest came to the manager and all she did was bicker with every guest. This experience was extremely horrid would absolutely never come back or recommend anyone to stay here. A Total NIGHTMARE!!!!!

I cant believe I even have to give this place one star! I had no choice but to stay here when my reservation was given away. I'm also pretty sure they stole my credit card info because as soon as I checked out my bank cancelled my card for fraudulent activity. The place smells like mold and urine. There is water damage everywhere. The walls are cracking and there are roaches. In the hall to our room there was trash everywhere and dirty underwear. Compared to other reviews I've read, our room was better than most but seeing our room you would never believe it. I can't believe this place isn't condemned!! Someone should call the local health department.

STAY AWAY!! This hotel should be shut down. I am so confused how the state and city officials allow this hotel to remain open. And even more confused by the fact that popular hotel sites are still advertising this property after thousands of bad reviews. You don't have to search for cockroaches, mice / rats. they run across the floor and under the beds as soon as you enter the room. I did not go any further into investigating this property but did notice numerous health and building code violations as we waited behind a newly formed line of the same people we had just checked in with, who had also encountered the properties wild life. The manager stayed in the back room and made a new employee deal with telling angry customers they would not be getting refunds. We then made new friends and learned how to say cockroach in new languages while we waited for the local law enforcement. We found out that the responding officer is called to this establishment almost nightly.

I am obligated to give this a star in order to post this, but I m not going to complain anymore since I am now safe and sound from that nightmare of a resort. Let’s just begin.Trash on the grass and cigarette butts everywhere from the main lobby entrance and the remainder of the property. The lobby has a really bad smell to start. The pool filthy and disgusting with a film on top. No one was there because of the obvious. The hallways filled with trash from guests and the smell of that along with the filthy staircases that have never been mopped or swept in my eyes were disgusting. There are two stories to this place with several entryways that are not locked so anyone can just walk in off of international drive and get to your room. There are no elevators but a boulder and other means of props were used to keep the doors ajar. Yes a huge rock held one of the doors open to the staircase. The room was the cherry on top. Exposed wires for cable tv which had the worst reception I have experienced. Loose sockets in the walls so there was no charging a phone. Not all lamps worked in the room or had bulbs. Bathroom curtain was filthy and tub not cleaned. And finally the smoke detector had been ripped off the wall. The positive for this place was the location for me, but after returning from dinner that night I could not stay another night. I immediately checked out. I get what I paid for but I can’t believe they operate their place like this. It shows that they don’t care because people are showing up blindly from out of town. Don’t do it. Thank me later. Or if you don’t believe me go see for yourself. You might not have to check in at all since all the doors are always open.

Upon arrival, no one was at the front desk and there was a sign that said “will return in 29 minutes, call 1507 to check in”. Picked up the phone and it went straight to voicemail. I had been trying to reach the hotel all day and only got a busy line. Several people were in the lobby trying to check in and some asking for soap and towels since there were none in their rooms. After about 15 minutes of waiting, one employee finally came out and proceeded to check us in. After giving us our room keys, we were given the wrong directions to our room and ended up having to circle the complex just to find out that our room keys didn’t work! We then had to go back downstairs, wait another 10-15 minutes to get our keys fixed. Once we were at our room our first key didn’t work, luckily our second one did. The room wasn’t fabulous but we weren’t expecting anything extravagant. Overall the room seemed fairly tidy, some hair remained on our pillows but at least there is no visible bugs or rodents. After looking around the room and bathroom, the shower handle fell off immediately as we tried to test the water. Our smoke alarm in the room was missing batteries. The AC barely functioned. Minor inconveniences, but if they’re going to charge me a room deposit after already paying for a room, I expect the room to at least be kept up with and not falling apart. It has been pretty entertaining to say the least but will most likely not be returning. One star for the sake of not having to kill any roaches (yet).

This hotel doesn’t deserve not even a damn HALF A STAR !!! (I only put one star, because I had to enable to post this!) If anybody wants to stay out here in Orlando, my best advice to someone who is looking for somewhere to stay the night in a hurry or when everywhere is booked, it s just best to stay in your car than in this Hotel😤 Some lady found worms and maggots in her room, messed up microwaves, messed up everything! The people that work in the front desk, don’t even look professionally. They don’t no how to manage anything around here!!! Sorry, but, never been to a sorry ass hotel like this one. If I could, I would put a Big O’l sign outside saying
“DO NOT ENTER✋🏼“ A dog sleeps better outside than when someone does inside this hotel😑 Peace✌🏼 I’m Outy

This hotel should be shut down until proper repairs are made. The lobby ceiling is leaking terribly and looks like it will start to cave. There was NO HOT WATER in the entire hotel. Roaches in all stairwells and no AC in the hallways and the TV wouldn't turn on, even after maintenance came. These are just a few of the issues. It's absurd that it is open. The staff is super nice, and I feel bad that they have to deal with SO many complaints. This creates undue stress for them in an already stressfull environment.

First of all the is no management in this place. no-one knows what is going on or how to work at a hotel. it took 1 hour to check in and they gave us a dirty and messy room. then they gave us a room, when we went to horror nights and came back they had given away "our" room. and after a lot of complaining they gave us a room with a leaky ceiling and a dirty bathroom, which was causing sore throats and a skin reaction. on top of that no key worked. ever. on any room.. not only do i not recommend this place.. I want to report it somewhere please please avoid this place run away this is scarier than horror nights

Absolutely terrible. Upon arriving, there was a huge line and I promise you, no lie, there were about 20 groups in front of us waiting to check in. 40 minutes passed and they only attended 3 customers. They had 1 employee checking in customers, and when a second finally arrived, the 1st one left and again there was only 1 employee checking in customers. We came for Horror Nights and didn't not want to spend 2 hours waiting, so we asked an employee that if we have a reservation, till what time can we check in. I wish I had the gentleman's name, but anyway he told us we can check in before 4am. So we're here now at 2am and they tell us all rooms are booked. While we're complaining and figuring things out, 4 groups have came down to complain. One being that there's no hot water, and the customer asked why they didn't tell her that when they checked in, and the employee said it's not her responsibility to tell them that. Along with that there's more customers complaining. Please find another place to stay.

Edit: Got a room here because everywhere else is sold out. We get to the room and it smells, there's no AC and there's. Tons of roach legs and roach shells on the carpet. This place is terrible, the staff is terrible, especially one of the ladies who did not want to believe we were here in line. She said there was no line earlier, and then I showed her thr picture I took at the time. Kept her mouth shut. Please do not come here. We are here as a last resort. Sleeping for 6 hours and then we are off.

Damn, I haven’t even stayed here and I’m already having an awful experience just waiting in the lobby for a bus to drop my friend off.

    Smells like stale smoke.

    Everything is under maintenance.

No employee seems to have a clue what the hell is going on.

The people here are pretty sketchy.

All the security cameras are pointed inward toward the ceiling. That’s not sketchy at all.

    Location is definitely not safe.

I don’t trust the lot in which I parked my car.

Yeah, not even a customer here, and yet I spooked.

    Stay away.

Since I am completing this review on my phone I will not write a book and it would not be pleasant. This is the worst hotel I have ever visited. I was beyond appalled. We only stayed because it had the only opening in town. The lobby is in decent condition so you would not expect the rooms to be in such rancid conditions. The smell of mold and mildew are throughout the hotel roons and hallways. If I did not have my son with me, I would have slept in my vehicle. Thankfully, I always travel with my own bedding. Beware of the title! Nothing about this place says RESORT! The only positive, was the hospitable cleaning staff.

I had booked a room about 2 nights previous to staying here however when I got there I had to wait for about an hour and a half in a ridiculous line filled with loud ghetto people which made it even worse. I was also charged an extra $69 when I got there of which $60 is supposed to be refundable however I am yet to receive the money. Once I finally got a room the key card did not open the room, my husband went back for another one which also did not work. It seemed like almost everyone was having the same issue. The hotel was under construction, the floors in the lobby were dirty and there wasn't even an elevator for the second floor. The room itself wasn't that terrible but it was outdated and the t.v. was of unbearable quality. Someone came to fix it but didn't make it much better. I ended up staying at a motel 6 last minute and got a better deal along with better service and cleaner, more modern rooms. All in all would not stay here again.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! We paid for our room 2 days in ADVANCE! To arrive and be told they had rented out all the rooms! How do you rent out a room that was paid for!!!??? The man at the front desk was extremely rude! And inconsiderate even telling us "I don't care I don't know call the booking company" we have called hundreds of times and they will not answer, I am definitely taking legal action against them! we had no money left for a hotel and no where to go!! It was ridiculous! It has been 3 days we still haven't received a refund let alone an answer from the hotel! DO NOT EVER STAY HERE!

This place is a joke! Everything from the dirty rooms, no cable, lazy managers in the front lobby making us wait for 3 hours before we got to check in at 11pm. Then an hour to check out the next morning. The night manager Martha has no customer experience at all. She was horrible, rude and a disgusting woman. We slept for 4 hours in a room that barely had a/c, there was rat feces by the "buffet" which was a piece of toast and some great value cereal. When we finally got to our room it smelled of cigarettes, there was a hole in the wall and the toilet wasn't even bolted down! If you complain Martha will tell you to go to the Hilton and pay 200$ a night. This place is horrible if I could give it zero stars I would. They refuse to give corporates number or the name of the real manager.

My understanding is that it is under new ownership/management. I got an older room which was clean except for carpeting. How do you have housekeeping on staff with no vacuum? The carpeting is dark green and burgundy is shows even more when not vacuumed. Light fixtures could use some help. It is on International Drive centrally located. Continental breakfast consist of white sliced bread toaster ,cereal, milk, juice, coffee. I was looking for banana, fruits and yogurt this morning. This building has great potential and would love to see it when it is finished. It has a restaurant attached that is not being used. Hope this helps to the next patrons.
