Best hotel I've stayed at. Clean room and nice enviroment. The original room we were supposed to stay in reeked of cigarettes even though we booked non-smoking but they changed it with no problem. They recommended us to an amazing restaurant called Aldo's and we went to the warm and clean pool afterwards. If I would've known the hotel was this good then I would've booked it for all 3 days I was in Ft. Myers and Naples

Wanted to love it, this place was really promising. It started with ordering dinner while sitting at the tables in the tiki bar, a colleague and myself shared an order of 10 Wings, Fire Cracker Shrimp and a Double Bacon Cheese Burger each, the wings and shrimp came out and my colleague gave me five of the wings, he then says there is only 4 wings so they only gave us nine wings. I told the waitress who seemed concerned when the what i guess is the manager approaches the table and tells me its only nine because he counted them by there weight. My response was oh ok i thought because it specifically said 10 wings large enough to share that meant I was expecting to receive ten wings. He replies its one wing, do you really want me to make you one wing. Wow.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is friendly. Nice and safe neighborhood. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

This course is pretty cool although not here playing a round on this trip. I've seen a bald eagle and a couple crocodiles. The food is delicious in the clubhouse. Hope one day I actually get to play a round of golf here.

Older style, but we'll maintained motor style inn. Deana at the front desk was very helpful at the time of reservations and check-in. Good sushi on site along with fun bar. Great pool area. I would definitely stay again.

I scheduled my vacation on May 23, 2017 for September 1st thru 3rd 2017. Had planned to meet with my son and girlfriend in Naples FL but due to my busy schedule and life hurdles, had no other choice but to cancelled my weekend stay on June 28th. Come to find out There is NOT such thing as a FREE last minute cancellation as stated in website.

Ive never made any reviews on a place good nor bad! This had to be the exception because I believe it is completely unethical to allow people to book at this hotel!! There rooms are absolutely discussing!!! Room 216 was infected with cockroaches !!! More than 6 roaches in the room in less than an hour of our check in! When I asked to be switched to another room the front desk didn't allow us to because they were booked! The receptionist didn't even want to give me our money back! This place is not worth your money!

Love this Inn. Old Naples style with today's amenities. Great customer service too. One of the local' s favorite time bar, Harold' s right next to the pool. Perfect!!

Can I give zero stars? This is a fleabag transient motel in a good location. No management on duty in the evenings and poor customer service. The room was tired and not clean. bugs.

Overall a super fun weekend with friends. Rooms were accommodating. Poolside is clean ,warm and friedly. Great stay. Will be back next year.

Such a fabulous stay! The location is super convenient and the room was super clean. The room is all wood laminate which makes the room smell clean. The shower was very spacious and the water temperature is amazing. The bed was a soft bed and so were the pillows. You kind of just sink into the bed. The continental breakfast is a major plus - only downside there's no eggs in the breakfast, but that's an easy fix.
