Extremely low pressure environment. Ralph was an excellent salesman that was very personable. Alfonso made sure my wife and I were comfortable with the value of our trade before moving on to anything else. The whole team did well in getting us on the road with our new vehicle. Jesse, the Service Consultant, is incredibly helpful, friendly and on the ball! He has dealt with the warranty company on my behalf, arranged for warranty repair, made sure I had a rental car, kept me informed every step of the way and stayed one step ahead of me which is hard to do! I really appreciate his efforts! He has made a difficult situation much easier and he is a wonderful addition to the Service group. It is great people like Jesse that keep me with Cardinale GMC. The mechanics there are superb as well!
