I have been taking my truck to Tom's Auto for a number of years now. I have always been treated well, given fair estimates and received good solid work on my vehicle. The crew is friendly and I really have had nothing but a good experience here. I wouldn't take my truck anywhere else now.

Toms employees are always friendly and inviting. They are ready and willing to answer any questions I may have, leaving me knowing exactly what is going on with my vehicle. Toms is a great, trustworthy place to take your car. I always feel good when I drop it off because I know they will do good work and what is best for my vehicle and I. Awesome place, and they give excellent straightforward advice!

Called Tom's on a Wednesday and talked to Edgar, explained my car problem to him, said I could bring it in Thursday morn. Used their tow service because my car was not mechanically sound to drive. Within 1 1/2 hrs of dropping it off at their shop they called with the diognosis and had ordered the part and given me an estimate. By 2 pm Friday they called and said it was ready. They missed their estimate by about $300. It was less than what they quoted me! Their communication with the customer is excellent, they promptly call you and don't leave you hanging. I knew exactly who, what, when, and where. Very professional and courteous.

The first thing I noticed when walking into the shop was how clean and organized it was. Pretty good symptom of what kind of work Tom and the people who work for him do. Also after paying my bill, Tom handed me the broken parts without me asking for them.nice! We were out of towners and had no idea what to expect, this shop reaffirmed my faith that there are still good honest people in this world. Thanks Tyler and Tom, your shop has earned a lifetime of free advertising from us.

Tom does excellent work. Very detail oriented. He has found stuff that I didn't know was wrong he is happy to show you and explain the details. But also very expensive

I started going to Tom's Auto Repair over ten years ago after my dealership told me I needed an expensive repair, which I questioned. As suspected, Tom's told me that the repair wasn't necessary. Tom's was right, I never experience any problems by not doing the repair. Since that, I have been a steady customer to Tom's Auto Repair. I am currently having them do new-car service on my van.
Tom's is highly professional, very honest, and from the appearance of their garage, they are highly organized and clean.
I recommend Tom's Auto to all of my friends.

So of course I did research prior to selecting where to take my car for some repairs. I saw Tom's website, among many others, read their reviews (good overall), and saw that they gave military discounts, and with Christmas just over, I could use saving on anything :) So I take my car and the young man on the front gives me a quick quote of $120.00 for checking the car but he said he would give me a break and set it for $60.00, well the phone rings and he picks up and another gentleman helps me out. I repeat the same problems to him and he quotes me as $60.00 being the standard price. Okay, I figure I would deal with him. So I leave the car, they do the inspection and call me about what it will cost, I give the go ahead and they fix it. I go to pick up the car after I'm called. I see the same young guy there, I tell him, man I'm glad you give military discounts, especially after Christmas. He then tells me that they don't actually give military discounts that their website is wrong. I said ok and told him that they might want to update the website. Don't get me wrong, I don't just expect a discount for military but like everyone else, do appreciate it when it's given, saving money is usually good, so when it's advertised as such, then I can budget accordingly. The service was good and the dealing with their personnel was good as well but my possible savings went away.
