  Great clinic, staff is always very friendly with our pets, and listens to our concerns and offers good advice for treatment. They will work with you if you have an issue with their service. One of the techs even stepped in to groom for us when the groomer wasn't available.

  My dog has been going to New Pal vet for 14 years. I have never had a problem with the vet, but their groomer Christine is AWFUL!!!! Because of her, they have lost my business. I will never take my dog back. On their website, it says Christine "is happy to work with challenging pets." THIS IS NOT TRUE. She literally told me over the phone, she would prefer I take my dog some where else. AWFUL SERVICE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

  I have taken all my animals to Dr. Hildebrandt for over 25 years. He was in Indy and moved to New Palestine. I would travel to another state for my animals to see him. He is the greatest vet. So caring and truthful. I HIGHLY recommend him.
