  Pros: Nice environment, Fast maintenance, Acceptable price, plenty of parking spots(at least near my apartment) , Holding parties, Good upgrade .
  Cons: No salt during winter snowing time in the streets of the community (I was about to crash once!!), High fee for pets, No carpet washing available for residents. No reserveble activity room, poor gym facilities, Weak online services.
