New Palestine Self Storage is even better under the new ownership. Their employees are easy to reach over the phone and they are very personable. They have also added online accessibility for account purposes, which provides more payment type options.

Ownership transitioned during the time I used this storage facility & the new owners were a welcome change, they upgraded several features & worked with customers to make sure everything was handled fairly & accurately. I appreciate the owner John's help at the end when it came time to settle the final bill & empty the unit. He was much more than fair & it won't be forgotten. I highly recommend New Palestine Self Storage if you are shopping for a unit.
