  Make America Rock Again on Sept. 8, 2017: All groups had great performances, especially Scott Stapp and Drowning Pool. But, the theater needs to be renovated. Seat are worn out. They Need to sell alcohol later than 10:00 PM when the show lasts until after midnight! The bands were great, but the venue suck!

  We played in the theater and it was a giant garbage can. The facilities backstage for the bands looks like a prison. The staff is very cocky and acts like they are important. Tony Ragan was rude and runs his mouth when he thinks people aren't around. We were standing 5 ft. Behind you talking trash brother.
  Never have I been so happy for my set to end so I could get out that garbage venue. Totally hammered and in decay, I can't believe it hasn't been condemned.

  Never again will I purchase visit or support crown complex. If you're looking for an enjoyable experience look elsewhere.

  DO NOT BUY EVENT TICKETS FROM HEREif you don't want to chance having your venue location changed less than a month before the event! Bought pit tickets for an event at the Coliseum that was changed to the theater locationobviously in their same complex. Being that this was a smaller location, they reissued tickets. My pit tickets became seat tickets. This may not be a big deal to some, but I only do pit tickets and usually pay more for those. I find this extremely unfair and refuse to come this place ever.
  
  Update: I have changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars due to very helpful and professional staff members at the Box Office who were very friendly and personable. Once I get to see the place in person I may have to update again.
  
  Update 2: After attending the concert, I'm raising my review from 3 to 5 stars. All the staff working the night of our EVENT was fabulous and very friendly. The pit was one of the best I've ever been in for the many concerts we've been to. That could have been due to the cool people around us who were into having a good time and not complaining about people drinking and being loud at a concert. Definitely would attend another event here again.

  This theatre is a dump. Old torn seats, 1 small area for food. Went to see Disney Live, tickets over priced for the small decaying room. Helpful staff. It's convenient so I'll return, but it's a dump. And smells too.

  I am extremely hesitant to pay for an event here. The event was cancelled (by the entertainer) due to natural disaster related reasons. An employee did not seem knowledgeable about if, when and how my refund would be processed. When I called again to follow up in attempt to get a refund, I was told that I should receive the refund within 2-3 business days. After waiting a solid week for a refund, there was none. I called the arena again to find out where my refund was. Eventually I was connected with a person who told me that the refund was processed on their end at least 5 business days after it was supposed to be refunded, so obviously they were not honest from the beginning. Now I have to wait another 7-10 business days for the refund to process through my bank. I wish that someone at the coliseum would have known how to help me from the beginning and be honest about what to expect, rather than sugar coat things. This was not handled well, so I strongly encourage others to not count on this arena to do what they say they will do.
