  Our business spent aleast 2k in the first month we moved to leominster at this cap. Half the time they did not have basic things in stock and sent us to autozone. The two young guys were very helpful; the big dude was a lazy and rude. Then we buy the wrong tool there, it is unopened and unused, and they wont return it 10 minutes after purchase. Really? The kicker is it is a 4 dollar tool. We will go straight to autozone from now on.

  Bought original parts with life time warranty in Gardner location. Was told by both Gardner and Leominster I could return defective parts at Leominster location for full refund. After receiving and returning wrong part, bringing back defective part once out of car they refused to do full refund. Associate was rude calling me "shady". They have you buy a new part and give you wrong part then tell you you returned it for another new part and refuse your refund for original defective part. Who's shady? I wouldn't by a quart of oil from this business.
