The room was comfortable. It had a microwave, full sized refrigerator, and stove. The bathroom had a sink inside the bathroom. The room was clean and the hotel was clean and in good condition overall. There was no sofa but a peninsula connected to the kitchen and a desk chair there. There were plenty of power outlets at the peninsula. The hotel also has items you may borrow like magic markers for the kids, a slow cooker, and many other random but possibly very useful things. The hot tub was out of order when we were there but the pool was nice. Sort of small but fine, 3 to 5 feet deep indoor. There's no free breakfast but there's free coffee and a small shop area where you can buy some food. We found a great place just down the road to get breakfast - Gordon's or something like that. It's towards Linglestown and only about a mile away if that. The location is good. It's only about 5 minutes to Target or BestBuy and just outside of the craziness of most of the traffic and right off Route 81.

Great room! Good location. One of the nicest places I've stayed. Hot tub in the pool area was unfortunately broken though.

Nice hotel, quiet area with restaurants near by. The rooms look a bit older is style but have clean sheets and a kitchenette. There's pots and pans with the dishes. The staff are friendly and professional.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel lobby and room were clean and comfortable. Indoor pool was nice. Enjoyed our stay.

Friendly staff shower head was gross, needed cleaned. Rest of room was so so as far as cleanliness. Relatively comfortable in general but glad I took my clorox wipes though.

Horrible experience at this hotel. I reserved a two queen bed studio room a week before coming and when I got there they gave me a single King bed room. They gave up my room to someone else even though I reserved the room a week ago. Although I received a partial refund, after paying for the hotel with cash, the hotel had the audacity to charge an extra $143 from my card. If I did not check my banking statements on the regular I would have not known. I was fortunate after a series of phone calls to get that money back. I would stay away from this hotel. The only great thing that I got out of that night was the female who replaced her coworker. She did her best to try to help. STAY AWAY

Friendly staff. A/C worked really well, very nice bathroom and kitchen area. TV was nice, although a little small. Pool and jacuzzi was very relaxing. The one drawback: stains on the carpet. Something needed done about that, room 200.

I loved it there. They had a mini store inside of the hotel, so you don't have to get in your car and go somewhere else get snacks and drinks. They also have a cupboard with games, appliances, more. The employees were great and very kind. They also had people that deliver. Overall, I had an amazing stay.

Great for the price, decent rooms. I left my Nintendo Switch at the hotel (I had realized it five hours after checking out) so I rushed back and they worked diligently to find it. They did! That alone made it worth five stars But our stay was great regardless.

Long story short I was on a business trip for a few days. They charged my personal card and not my company card even though it was communicated to them. It took me 5 calls and 4 notes to get ahold of the manager. Her excuse for not calling me back was she didn't hear my name correctly in the voicemail. Even though I said my phone number twice and to call me back ASAP. I am moving to another state and needed that money returned back to my personal card quickly. Very bad customer service especially for a manager. Not coming here again.

Good hotel. Clean. Nice service. Room is presented in a good way. Water tastes bad. Ice tastes bad. No breakfast other than a room where you can purchase items. Cleaning people come around once a week.

Reserved a non smoking room. We arrived around 10 pm after a long day of driving. When we checked in we were told they only had smoking rooms. They room smelled like we were in a dive bar with people actively smoking. We left super early because we both didn't sleep well. Not cool especially when you are out of options when arriving late.

Has a mini kitchen, sink, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, sofa w/coffee table, regular size fridge. Just don't get one close to the elevator--LOUD. Pet friendly--$30 a day extra for dog. They also have a little pantry w/snacks and drinks if U don't feel like going to store. Allow smoking but only certain rooms so ask if that's important.
