The hotel is tired. Cob webs on the ceiling trim pulling away. The carpet is dirty and need cleaning. And to top it off the toilet would flush every few minutes. You might expect this at a motel 6. Go elsewhere.

This was the second of two Country Inn & Suites that I stayed in on a long weekend trip. I would say the same of this one that I did of the other one I stayed at the same weekend. It was clean, the staff was friendly, they had cookies, coffee, tea & hot cocoa in the lobby, and a hot breakfast available and included with your stay!! Plus, it was less than $100 a night!

Don't stay here the first room had shower curtain coming off. There was no Maintance man around to fix it . The next room was. H/C the shower was leaking which I had to tighten there was no luggage rack or alarm clock. When asked for them it seen they could not find any. Most motel are very helpfully and try to make your stay a good one but not this one .

Most features were great, especially the price, however we discovered black mold on the wall of our room while preparing to leave. We asked to speak with a manager, however the front desk attendant insisted on handling it personally. Also, the bathroom shower curtain rod was broken making it impossible to keep the curtain closed.

The General Manager contacted us promptly after we called Country Inn & Suites customer care line. He assured us that the problems would be fixed and offered us either a free night or a refund.

Very welcoming establishment. My wife and I stayed as overnight guests while attending an event. It's a family friendly hotel, breakfast (which was actually pretty good) is included. Staff is nice, rooms are clean, if not a little dated, and the bedding and pillows are comfortable. Down sides? The bathroom was in need of repair. The bathtub caulking was very old and was starting to rot. Also, the jacuzzi tub was a waste. I'd definitely stay here again.

I saw many reviews that listed that the hotel needed updates. Well it was on the older side and they were some cracks in the wall in the bathroom, but the room was clean and comfortable. I slept well in the beds and the shower was warm and had good pressure. There was a big conference in town, but they kept up with the breakfast demand. Overall I was happy with the hotel and I would stay there again.

My family and I actually enjoyed this place. Rooms are somewhat dated and there are scuffs here and there. We knew because of the price there would be a trade off. However the place was comfy, the staff was very friendly, and we were pleased.

DONT COMPLAIN, THAT'S WHEN STAFF GETS NASTY ARRIVED AND HAD TO CLEAN POO AND PEE OFF THE TOILET BEFORE WE EVEN GOT LUGGAGE IN ROOM, BUT WERE STUCK HERE, NO OTHER OPTIONS CLOSE
    FILTHY, FILTHY, FILTHY
IT GETS WORSE. MANAGER WALKED AWAY FROM ME AND SAID CALL BOARD OF HEALTH.
A NASTY ATTITUDE EMPLOYEE NOT IN WORK CLOTHES, FLIPPED OUT AND TRIES TO FIGHT ME (a choice she sure would have regretted)
State troopers called by us and now we left, heading home tonight now

PICTURES ARE WHERE THE BREAKFAST FOOD WAS KEPT. FROZEN EGGS, OPENED AND FROST BITE IN A FILTHY FREEZER
MY 6 YEAR OLD ATE IT BEFORE SEEING THE ROOM IT WAS IN AND WAS SO SICK FOR 2 DAYS WITH DIAHREA.

OWNER: YOU REACHED OUT IN REPLY REGARDING A SOLUTION THAT WAS OFFERED, HOWEVER I WAS NEVER CONTACTED BY ANY GENERAL MANAGER OR OWNER, YOUR STAFF WAS RUDE AND RUINED OUR VACATION AND STILL HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE US FOR THE STAY..

To sum it up, I'd say it's Ok. The rooms were clean, a bit dated, but suitable. Nice pool, and definitely a friendly staff. Location is good, 10 minutes from Hershey Park, and right off the highway. Breakfast is pretty typical, eggs, potatoes, bacon, waffles, etc.

Stayed here overnight before a day at Hershey Park. Not the nicest 3 star hotel I've ever stayed, but for a one night stay, I don't have many complaints. The room was clean and I slept well. Hershey was only a 10 minute drive. My main complaint would be that the Continental breakfast was bad. Not much of a variety and what there was was not very good. Wouldn't recommend staying here more than a night or two.

The price is great and the accommodations are generous. Just my tip, if you're traveling with 1 or 2 small kids, the pull out couch option is much cheaper than getting 2 beds! Would definitely recommend this place to others.
