  I am a current resident and I have not been pleased at all. The appliances and furniture are dated and barely functioning, the cabinets have seen better days and there is a bug problem. For the first week after I moved in the lock did not work (they are key cards like you get at a hotel, not actual keys). The air conditioner froze over about a month into me living there and fans barely go fast enough to move air. The internet is unsecured and open, which is an online safety concern and there has also been an issue with someone letting air out of peoples tires and there is not a single security camera on the property, so the culprit has not been found. Do not let the model units and friendly staff fool you, this place is mediocre at best terrible at the worst. I will not be renewing my lease next year.

  I love living at Campus Lodge!! The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. Maintence comes within 1-2 days and the community is awesome!!

  My son lived there for a year. Bugs throughout out apartment (rarely sprayed for bugs). Every month maintenance came by to bleach the bathroom ceiling and walls because of mold. The furniture so worn and falling apart. Rust in microwave, thank goodness he never used it! His girlfriend lived in another apartment there and her door locked had to be fixed 4 times in a year (the apartments do not use keys they used hotel door keys-horrible idea). The models are NOTHING like what you get. Run run run from here!

  Very bad experience. Maintenance is a menace. Lied about a "request" never made. Im assuming because the neighbors were smoking and they use that method to check. Maintenance was quick but they would check your apartments when you aren't home, I don't trust those men. Worked where they bought things and overheard conversations making me uneasy. Nice pool. Also, some of these 5 star reviews are written by people who work there since you must live there to work there last I heardodd to my perception.
  Similar to dorm living. Lived there 13'-14' but felt the need to share my experience. Renter beware.

  Campus lodge is great. Staff is friendly, maintenance always responds in less than a week, and amenities are amazing. Doesn't feel like an apartment, but more like a resort you stay in while on vacation. They have security at night and gates so it's pretty safe too. I have no complaints and I've lived here for 2 years. And no I didn't do this review to win anything, just trying to tell the truth about what I've experienced thus far.

  Don't really move in. But find the policy is unreasonable and the application website is like bullshit. It asks you pay for application fee before you can have access to the policy document. It asks for 3-month rent for secure deposit. Who wanna have such a big bunch of money deposit on another people's account! When I was trying to withdraw the application, they told me the application fee is not refundable!
  
  I cannot have any comments on the apartment complex, but the application process is terrible and the staff don't even want to correct their error.

  Upon moving in, my apartment was very dirty. The furniture was old and had stains all over it. The couch cushions were all torn up. The bathroom was gross, I had to scrub the shower down with bleach and the paint was chipping all along the bottom. Our dining room table was broken and has remained broken even though I put in a maintenance order when I first moved in. Make sure to take pictures of everything before settling in. I'm worried they'll charge me when I move out for things that were already there when I moved in. If you're looking to sublease there's a $200 turnover fee for maintenance and cleaning even though when I moved in a lot of things needed repair and the place was dirty. I also had to get a bunch of roach traps. The paint on our front door was/is chipping off. My bedroom door doesn't lock from the outside. Maintenance came once to fix it but alas it remains broken. There's also a "no pet policy" in place but I see residents walking their dogs all the time. Overall, the apartment I'm in can be best described as, "dingy". Due to the condition of the apartment when I moved in, I give Campus Lodge 2 stars. All of that being said, the staff is attentive, understanding, and they get back to you within a reasonable amount of time.

  I've lived at Campus Lodge for 4 years now, and they have been really good to me. The staff are understanding and always work with myself or my room mates to resolve issues. The security staff are always nearby and make the complex feel secure. Matinance is always very responsive.
  
  The amenities are awesome. The pool with the giant TV, 2 bus stops, a workout room, gated access.
  
  The apartment itself is a great value in comparison to other nearby places. A bug kitchen, queen sized beds, huge sturdy desks, massive showers.
  
  It's a great place to live as a student or young professional.
