To the recent review by Jerry Mayesif I'm not mistaken, both incidences you are referring to, you could not provide a tracking number and you said you weren't even sure if you had put labels on your packages. If the labels were printed through ebay, you should be able to track the package and at the very least have the tracking number. For you to publicly post "not to trust these people" is defamation. if you reported this to police, why have they not been out to followup. I have been in business ten years and all packages dropped at my location arrive to their destination. If a package gets lost, with provided tracking number, we assist in filing if the insurance claim and followup until the matter is resolved. If you stop by the store, with a tracking number, i will be glad to assist in finding your packages.

Two times I dropped packages off with eBay labels. Both are missing. The first time I wrote it off to the positivity that I used the wrong label. The second time I actually have video of dropping the package of and the label. When I ask the owner she said she doesn't have it and they scan them when the postal worker picks up the item. Do not trust these people. They will still your items. I have called the police this time.

The first time I visited this store, the lady behind the desk immediately knew which questions to ask and what to do. She answered all of my questions about the rates and how my package would be handled, and the price was exponentially lower than what I would have payed at the UPS or the USPS. The difference for my sending a package to Washington from South Carolina was about sixty dollars!
