I went to Here last week with my family to celebrate my birthday, I'll be honest wasn't my first choice as my last experience wasn't the greatest. But my kids wanted to go (they love the bread and dip). I'll admit my attitude was a little rough to start but that changed very quickly. Our server was Preston and he was an absolute doll! Had my family laughing from the moment he walked up to the table, the kids adored him and his impression of the genie. I felt bad for the guy as they hounded him about the bread but he took it is stride and was quick back with drinks and bread. He made the entire dinner easy and laid back! Our appetizers came out in what seemed like he had just put them in and our meals came out just as we were finishing up! talk about timing! Needless to say Preston made this an amazing experience for myself and my family and we will definitely be back to see him!

Food was excellent and the ambience good - the service however was very poor - I can only assume that Mabel had other things on her mind, because she certainly could not have cared less about how she interacted with us !

Located on the face of Waterside shops adjacent valet parking. Outside tables are fun for people watching. Menu choices are delicious, service great.

I picked up an order from here for several co-workers including myself. While my soup was 'ok', my coworkers had a less than satisfactory experience. I asked the woman at the pick-up counter to make sure I had all of the extra dressings, she of course said 'yes', only later to find out that was not the case. Their salad was small and lettuce wasn't as fresh as a $15 salad should be. The fettuccine alfredo was also under cooked and had almost no sauce for the portion size. I also requested enough bread for 4 people and received enough bread for 1-2 people at best. Overall, a very underwhelming experience for the price. I suppose that's what you get when you order from a chain.
