This is the place to come to see guest relations. We only had our tickets integrated with the Disney app, leaving our paper ones at the hotel. We needed the paper ones for accessing FastPass for the World of Colour (you can't use your app), so they happily and quickly printed new tickets and helped us to integrate the new ones with the app again (as they were new ticket numbers).

Great staff. Always willing to help. You will find guest relations and customer service at this location. Located inside the park on the left hand side as you walk through the main entry to California Adventure.
