I have been coming to here to hang out since it was called Palace Park. It has some neat miniature rides making it a nice alternative family hangout if you don't want the hassle of going to Disneyland. As an arcade they went the casual friendly route with their selection of games which is kind of disappointing to me since it used to carry truly great arcade games, but it's understandable in this age.
The attractions are fine, but I would NEVER eat their food. It's excessively overpriced of course, but the dining area is filthy! I'm here on a Sunday morning and they just opened--it's quiet and well before the rush so all the garbage on the floor, the sticky tables, and trash in the seats and on the half walls was left here since yesterday. Who know how long it's been since this place was cleaned or swept? And if this is the part that the customer can see, then just imagine what it's like in the food prep area! Pay high prices for the privilege of food poisoning? No thanks.
This place was fantastic. That's ALL I can say. It's like Chuckie cheese for grown-up's. From the rock wall climbing to go karts. They had 2 amusement rides as well. But were closed day we went. Inside is all the games you could ever ask for.
Its starting to age. Hot days are hot inside. Time for an A/C upgrade.
Went here for team building event. Way more fun than expected. Helpful crew and fun time.
To be honest, this place is amazing with a bunch of arcade machines and attractions that you can go to. The only problem was that I came here for someone's birthday, and I was waiting for a jackpot to load out. Then, there was this kid crying about the fact that he wanted to keep on playing. The staff didn't handle it well, and that was what bothered me. The staff tried to reason with him, but really didn't do anything. They should have escorted him out for that behavior, but they did nothing! He went under the hockey table and crawled. (He was older than me)He kept crying for almost half an hour until the parents had to almost drag him out of the building. It was very innapropiate and unnecessary and made me doubt about coming back. Otherwise, customer service and food here is great! I didn't get to go on rides though because the lines were a little too long to wait for.
I would like to give it five stars. I really would. But they take too long to load the go-kart attraction. You see, I went there with fifteen of my closest friends to celebrate the trophy I got for winning first place in a bowling tournament. Everybody had fun except for Jake. He said it wasn't me but that he was sad because he just found out his dog has cancer. I told him he should have stayed home but he said if needed to be around people. I just don't think he knew how important that night was to me
They take too long to get the go-karts loaded
This is a super fun place for kids of all ages (including grown ups) BUT be prepared for nickle and dime type charges. For example, if your child is too small to go on a ride themselves, you will be required to ride with them (even if you can't ride, like the carousel, you stand next to them) and they will charge you for both your child and yourself. Especially on the carousel, this is kind of ridiculous and uses up your points quick. However the rides are fun, we have a great time, and thus 4 stars because overall it is a place we have gone more than once and enjoy each time.
it's nice. wish they would spruce up the golf course though. clean up the stagnant ponds and getting the waterfalls working again, would go a long way. the arcade is nice. the pizza is so-so.
Lots to do.with the fun pass. There are a few rides for kids like go karts, tea cups, and a ride that goes up.
They also have laser tag and a huge arcade.
Kinda pricey if you're coming just for the day, but the year long pass is a good deal. I wouldn't want to come on a busy day because the lines move slowly for the go karts. The food area needs renovation and a deep cleaning. All in all it's fun for the little ones and makes for a great day trip to let off some steam and get in some rides without the cost of an amusement park.
I loved boomers as a kid. Its a simple kind of entertainment, mot super fancy. I recently was there for some laser tag and it was awesome!
Affordable exciting fun. I'd never been go cart racing or lazer tagging before but I'm glad I went this place is definitely worth the price and fun for all ages! I just wish their staff was a bit more knowledgeable and helpful, but that's not their fault.
