Great starter if you have animals. Thin walls so yes you will hear the washing machines and coughs of everyone.

EDIT: They claim they provided concessions - they did nothing except change the document to say I had smoked in my apartment, and that it was not dirt in the A/C unit. Very classy people working here, lying on legal documents. I would sue if it didn't cost more than the amount they collected.

I rented in Seneca for 3 years, look elsewhere - During which time our above-neighbor's washing machine broke and caused over $1,000 in damages to personal property. It took Seneca 2 weeks to dry the carpet (They refused to clean it, despite the smell of mildew still present) .

The same neighbor was also an avid smoker at night and the fumes would often come through the vents into our apartment. Upon moving out, I was charged for A/C Duct cleaning and carpet cleaning due to a build-up of dirt. After I disputed the matter, the manager took 2 full weeks to respond to my email, and changed all documents to saying the charges were due to smoking in the apartment. I don't smoke.

It took Seneca over 2 months to fix our A/C as shown in the work order report attached. If I would guess, I would say the build came from the months without A/C.

I can't thank this community enough for everything they've done for me. I've lived here since Monday August 7th and I can honestly say that I don't see myself ever leaving until my son and I are ready to buy a home. Words will never be able to describe what I'm feeling right now but just know you guys have seriously been a blessing in mine and my sons life. Thank you so much for everything 🖤

My experience at Seneca has been nothing short of fantastic. The leasing office staff are friendly, professional, and willing to help. The grounds are well manicured and the property overall is pristine.

IF YOU NEED ANYTHING FIXED PRIOR TO MOVE IN GET IT IN WRITING AND MAKE THEM GET IT NOTORIZED!!!!

After we did our 2nd walk through with Liz at 1801 bearberry circle townhome number 105, we were told that they would fix the crooked walk in shower. It's very disturbing to look at. One side is flush and the other side is off by about 3/4 inch. The shower also caves in at the bottom. Door also doesn't open or close easily. After 4 of 5 months of consistently calling in to the office they would lie to us, saying the parts were on back order. Then they told us during end of 15' that they had the parts in and that maintenance staff was not working because of the holidays, mind you when we did our walk in Liz told us that she would 100 percent get it fixed, and put it in writing in our first lease. She also agreed with how bad the shower looked. This was the only thing that really stuck out to us. Even some other minor damages and repairs we told them not to worry about, EXCEPT the shower. come 2016 when were told that they will not be fixing the shower and that they can't fix the shower, not only told us that, but told us RUDELY. We were totally disappointed with Seneca after this experience and have told several of our friends and I personally have told 3 of my clients not to move there when they were looking at apartments. This place never felt like home to us because of their lies and terrible business tactics. We received threatening letters and demands after we left our first review PRIOR to moving out. They definitely were being vindictive which is absolutely crazy considering they wouldn't fix what they said and put in writing they were going to fix thank God we have gotten a new wonderful home where the people held their word during move in process

A nice place to live. Office staff and maintenance were always great. Hardly ever heard the neighbors. Amenities were well maintained. Would have given it 5 stars, but the annual rate increase each and every year finally got to be too expensive. Customer loyalty is evidently not appreciated by the owners. So we purchased a very nice, move-in ready house for $400 cheaper per month.
