Crash 1 does great work! Car looks like new! Would recommend to anyone that was involved in an accident. Staff was very accommodating and the work was done in a timely fashion.

I was told my car would be ready on Monday, when I dropped my car off on Thursday afternoon. It wasn't! I was then told it would be ready on Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning. It wasn't! I did receive a call from a very condescending receptionist late Thursday afternoon that my car would be ready to pick up on Friday. I said I would be in after work. Then I was asked what time. I said I wasn't sure. Well guess what! You need an appointment to pick up your vehicle. She was very condescending and shouldn't be working with the public. I will not be going back there!

Just stopped by here for an estimate. Asked me if I had an appointment? Why would they think I would make an appt for an estimate? Never heard of such a thing. I'm the customer, but I guess their time is more important than mine. Won't be giving them my business, I suggest you don't either.

I was personally referred to Crash 1 by a friend of the family who works there, but I received a phone call this morning by Michelle Arbisi who told me they will not be fixing my car and I need to get it out of there now. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone. Just sad to see some people can be so mean giving a bad reflection to an entire company.

First, everything seems great, unfortunately I've been hit twice in a 2 year period and the years after show the quality of work completed. I've had to go back twice, once for rust less than a year after the repair and another for a part that peeled off my door. I go from my personal garage to my work garage and guess what, I have rust another year down the road in the same spot again and they won't cover it. NEVER AGAIN, trust our locally owned shops that are not franchised.

I was amazed at their quality of service and they went above and beyond my expectations. I walked in to just get an estimate for damage due to a hit & run accident that happened to me since they were an approved shop with my insurance company. After leaving the collision center, I received a followup text from the manager Tony Arbisi and asking me when I would like to schedule the repair. I set up a date and time to bring it in and pick up the free loaner that they offered me since I didn't have any type of car rental on my insurance. This was a nice added touch since I was never offered a loaner before from any body shop and have always had to worry about transportation issues while vehicle was being repaired. They are right up on technology with notifying customers however you choose to be notified of the repair process. Another nice added touch! Also, if someone refers you to their shop, please let them know who!

Great customer service and experience! They went above and beyond to put everything together and get our car repaired quickly. Once completed, they reviewed the repairs with me, gave me flowers when I picked the car up, and patiently and thoroughly answered my questions. Highly recommend for any car service!
