These guys go out of their way to make sure I leave there happy and with money still in my pocket. We've been going there for over 20 years. My children now bring their repairs to Butitta for repairs because they treat you like people not a number. I've seen three different manager's in the Loves Park location so far and each has been just as accommodating as the last. Do yourself a favor and treat your car and your bank account to these guys the next time you need a repair.

Got work done at Butitta Bros. in Beloit on the 3-3-15. They pushed in my passenger fender, now my door won't open more than about a foot. They refused responsibility, for the damages, and lied outright to my face about it. On top of charging me $50 for parts, even though I brought the parts with me. This is a shady company, who behave like crooks. But just wait till they say it's your own fault.

I was quoted a price of $340.00 to fix my car. I brought my car in with a coupon that I received in the mail for 25.00 off. My car was fixed the next day but couldn't get there until a day later. When I got there the price was changed to $370.00. So much for a coupon. BEWARE
My car's automatic start up system no longer worked, when asked if they could look at it, I was told that they didn't go near that but that I had an oil leak and I needed a new radiator and rear breaks. Now I just had my car in Firestone in Joliet, Illinois for a bad tire valve and they did their check up and never said anything about the rear breaks being bad. So now after paying more than I was told and they wouldn't look at the start up system after paying over 300.00 in their business - this is not good business. I would NOT recommend anyone to go there. Rip off artist and they get away with it. I am a senior and handicapped and I have gotten better help from strangers on the street than what I paid for at Butitta

My husband & I have been bringing our vehicles to Butitta Brothers for years and we love them! We know that when we go there we are going to get an honest appraisal of our vehicles and we value that Honesty!
