Today I took my daughters Lexus in for the complimentary car wash on her 2017 Lexus. I pulled in and they took it back immediately because it was not busy. The young man stated that I didn't need a number because they were not that busy. I told him that my air pressure light was on and asked if they could check on that. He said he would let the manager know. I go to the waiting room and sat for almost 3 HOURS. 3 other customers came and went. Finally I asked on of the young men to check on it. He said he would. He never came back. Finally a gentleman came that saw me when I first arrived and said, "You're still here?" I said, "I don't know what's going on." He said he would check on it. Finally a young man came and apologized and said, "I'm sorry, there's been a mistake. We tried to give your car to someone else and it wasn't theirs, so we just parked it. It's been ready for awhile now.." I politely state, "I've been sitting here for hours for no reason?" He says, "Well, at least you had a relaxing afternoon." So frustrated.

I highly recommend stopping in if you're in the market for a quality vehicle. Chris helped me find a great used vehicle I absolutely love and Ben went the extra mile to get the financing I needed to take it home. Thanks guys!

People are frendly but not responsible at all.
I was wasting 3 hours to come for promiced SUV. But it was sold on the auction before that, and nobody warned me despite that I was calling many times.response / report this review -

As usually, Jeff, Bryan, and the service staff did an excellent job on my 2008 Rx400h when I picked up a huge piece of metal shrapnel resulting in a flat tire. I called them and quickly got results. They made a loaner available, got an exact tire for replacement, and I had my car back in a couple of hours. I have never had a problem with the service at Lexus of Rockford. They are resourceful, open-minded, creative, and do exceptional work! I feel I am extremely fortunate to be able to buy and get service from them. They are consistently superb in their work!

I was dealing with this dealership before they moved. I own a used 99 Lexus. Whenever I would bring my vehicle in I was treated unfair. They tried overcharging me 4x, but every time they told me what was wrong I'd take it to another shop I knew, and they would point out what they would find compared to what the Lexus dealership would find. Ex. I took it in because of a very LOUD noise, Lexus looked at it, told me it was a problem with the " wheel area" lol, yea and it would cost about $759. So, I took it to my guy at my other shop. He tells me to come look at the problem with him and he shows me a tiny thin random metal piece stuck between the rotor and rim. I will never do buisness with them. Just because I have a used luxury doesn't mean I don't carry along other luxuries of life. Exactly why, when I finally decided to buy another luxury vehicle years later I chose Audi. Watch how you treat your customers.

Can't recommend these guys enough! Incredibly patient and worked with me to find the vehicle that fit my needs and price range. Very low pressure and professional throughout the entire process. Would recommend anyone give these guys a shot if you're in the market for a Lexus/Toyota.

Phenomenal customer service! Everyone we encountered was very nice and helpful . Special thanks to Chris. We lived 5 hours away. It would have been a terrible weekend, but with Chris' help, it actually turned out to be good. We really appreciate it.

Had a really good experience today with Jim Wang and team. He is very knowledgeable and explained every detail about the RX350 F-Sport we purchased. Jim's professionalism was outstanding and he made us feel very comfortable and at home. Will definitely recommend Jim and Lexus of Rockford to all of our friends and family!

I had a phenomenal experience at lexus rockford. I had the honor of meeting with Keith. He was beyond helpful with everything. He went above and beyond to make me happy without any questions I had he was able to answer them in a very polite and professional manner. He also guided me through everything with the car that I didn't know. He was patient with me helped me to get the payments I wanted. Very charismatic gentleman always had a smile on his face made you feel more then just a customer coming in. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Ben. Ben I believe went above and beyond also to help me he broke down everything for me and explained everything in detail to me when I went to finalize my deal with the dealership.

Outstanding experience, and not just as far as car buying goes - it was one of the easiest transactions / purchases I've ever made. Quick, fast, simple, and professional throughout entire process. I've had my cars serviced here over the years, and the last two vehicles I've purchased have been from Lexus of Rockford. I travel over an hour each way because I know the quality of service I am going to receive. I will continue car shopping at this facility.

This was the most enjoyable car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. We actually purchased two cars at the same time and had two trade-ins as well. Normally this would be a difficult and stressful transaction but the team at Lexus of Rockford went above and beyond to make things easy for us. They gave us a great price on both of our purchase cars and beat our expectations on our trade-ins. They made the test drives hassle free and accommodated any of our additional requests. I actually think buying two vehicles from them was easier than buying one from other dealers I've tried in the past. If the buying experience matters to you, don't hesitate to shop here.
