  "Come in now if you canwe'll try to help." And then "No charge. we just cleaned the gunk out of it. " I didn't think that happened anywhere these days. They know I'll be back but just "Merry Christmas " goes a long way in cementing feelings of good will.

  Alot of great people there. No complaints on the work done to the car or salesmen but had a few to many experiences with 2 rude/sarcastic people there that I'm done. I'm heading to a different dealership for maintenance.

  We just bought a GMC Acadia and had a great experience! Dave Denale was a great salesperson; very helpful but not high pressure. When it come time for the purchase, Dave and the business office staff made the paperwork as painless as possible, and Dave's orientation of the vehicle was great!

  I've been to a lot of dealerships throughout the country, and Jack Wolf in Belvidere, IL has got it down! Truly all other dealerships could (and should) learn from them. I have never felt so trusting towards a dealership because they are honest and guess whatthey actually care! They are not pushy, understanding and so so sooo genuinely nice! They make me laugh and I could go on, but you get the point. Best Dealership Ever! :)

  I came here recently for an oil change not knowing that they were due to close in five mins. Charlie agreed to service my vehicle with no problem! Everyone was great despite the fact that it was because of me that they were going to be late getting off. My husband and I sat in the waiting area and had a great conversation with a gentleman whom we assumed was a customer but was actually the owner.(great guy with a great personality by the way!) This was one of the best customer service experiences that I've ever had! My husband and I walked out of the door and at the same time said "we're buying our next car from them!" Great people, great service, definitely recommend! Thanks Jack Wolf and huge thanks to Charlie and his team! You guys are amazing!
