If you don't find what you are looking for you will aways find something you need. I absolutely love this place. It's like digging for gold..
Not very helpful in my opinion. They ONLY give a list of cars that you can pick from, but do NOT give a list of parts left on that car. I'm not driving that long distance on a chance. Plus I called them numerous times only to be directed to a website. Never got to talk to a live person over the phone. I e-mailed them and was told they only list the inventory of cars, not parts. What a joke!!
The lot is gravelled and maintained well. The Pick a Part vehicles are easy to get to and the staff is very helpful on both the recycling and parts sides.
The prices on the web site are not the prices you end up paying. Got a radiator for my granddaughters vw. Cost me a total of 107.45 plus the 2 dollars to enter. I wont go there again. They pay 200.00 for a car then if you want to buy that car it costs you 450 plus tax, and other fees they add on. Their scrap metal prices are .40 to .60 a pound below the cme spot price. I will go the distance to 41A auto parts from now on.
It's always fun this place, like a treasure hunt..found lots of parts for our car without paying a ridiculous amount of money.
One of the best salvage yards I've been to. Clean, clear, and polite. They don't have the biggest yard but there is a good amount of availability. They claim they turn over all inventory in 100 days, and offered to give me $10 and change back for turning in a busted aluminum wheel after I bought one for $28. If you can find the exact wheel for your car for $17, please let me know!
The guys were awesome. They gave me great directions on how to find the car in the yard that I was looking for. Even tried to save me time by telling me the part I was looking for was probably damaged on the car and I walked out there anyway. It was damaged, I should have listened. Lol
There's nothing better than going to place with multiple choices of what you need when it comes to Auto parts. Prices are excellent.
Only been to 2 salvage yards but the cfc in tullahoma is far better than lkq in huntsville. The yard is alot better. Parts are in the car and not stowed all in the yard. Better to find your part in the car and not on the ground, wondering what car it came out of. I'll be going to them again. It's worth the drive to me.
They are great!!! They keep it clean.. and easy to get your parts
