I was told by Michael that i need tubes put in my ears. I asked the nurse if they offer payment plans because I don't have any insurance. She said no that it has to be paid in full. $1500 for a simple procedure. I had an umbilical hernia repair done cheaper than that and they let me make payment plans. They are good if you have insurance. But if you don't, they are super damn greedy. Also, Dr. Marvel took out my tonsils and left some tonsil tissue and now I have a tonsil to grow back and now I have huge tonsil stones.

I have been a Patient for both ENT and cosmetics for over 10 years. I love this office and the staff! Dr Marvel and Michael are awesome with patients. Melinda is the BEST around for injections.

This was my first visit to Marvel Clinic.
The office & staff are comfortably professional. Melinda is very personable & friendly. I appreciate her knowledge & easy manner, which helped to put me at ease & convince me of her skill.

The facility was well organized. The staff seemed very nice. The nurse I got was helpful. A common condition/deformity I have that has been recognized by many other doctors I have seen over the years & is known in layman terms even this surgeon had never heard of nor had his nurse yet another lady in the lobby with me had the same thing Dr. Marvel came in still wearing surgical scrubs, a surgical cap still on his head, acting antsy like he was in a hurry. He did not ask me what I wanted out of my surgery. I expressed I wanted a lift he said that implants that were tear drop shaped would lift me enough. I completely disagreed. He had his nurse show me pictures of surgeries he had done with these implants without a lift. The pictures were terribly nonimpressive & I felt sorry for the patients. He said, "I try to avoid a lift unless absolutely necessary." He never sat down to talk to me he was in too big of a hurry & never listened or even asked me a question. I got 2 other opinions in Nashville both which told me I definitely needed a lift & not to go to the surgeon that told me I did not need a lift that was ludicrous (I did not tell them his name). I went to another consultation where the surgeon sat down, talked to me, listened, then as soon as I removed my robe he said immediately, "Yes, a lift is definitely needed. You'll be happy with the result." I got my surgery done last month with the lift. I am so happy & so thankful I did not go to Dr. Marvel. The implant Dr. Marvel suggested was the most expensive I even requested it at my other consultations they both told me it was not the right one for me then explained why. I would have gone through surgery & still not been happy. I left Dr. Marvel's office very discouraged & felt like I had wasted a 3 hour drive & consultation fee. I do not write bad reviews but I do hope this saves someone from ruining their dream listening to Dr. Marvel try to take the easy route in surgery for himself. I am so happy with my results from Dr. Wendel & glad I did not give up.
