  Bo, the service manager is awesome, he was very pleasant and went above and beyond to help us fix our truck , we found out that we had a failed injector and a box that already cost us $17000 to replace at the freightliner in Ocala FL.We left that facility in Ocala , run 100 miles and broke down again .We then towed it to Bo and he fixed the issue

  That place is not a good place to get a rig or sit in the truck because there kick u out of nothing. DONT EVEN GO THERE EVER

  Usually very rare when I give 5!stars to freightliner dealer but this one they deserved.Was found out have a water pump leak at the TA but they refused to fix it cause it's was under Detroit warranty and not freightliner.Called to few dealers around Orlando all of them had 2-3 days wait time so called this place Thursday evening he told me that they about to close but he said if you will be tomorrow at 07:00 at our shop we will look at the truck.And actually they did what the guy promised they checked found out that is he water pump they fix it in only 3 hours and also installed new batteries and gave me a good deal.The mechanics look professional and the service writer very nice .i can recommend this place !

  Called the parts department, gave him the vin number when I asked for shocks for the Steer and drive for our Freightliner Cascadia I was told they don't come from the factory with any shocks on the drive axles. He also didn't have the ones for the steer axle in stock. There has NEVER been a semi of any kind that doesn't have shocks on the drives!! He could have said he doesn't have them in stock but he said there aren't any on the drives!! He was too lazy to really look this up!! Don't call them for parts, call a different dealer!!

  Great customer service in parts and service, Brian and Bo in service made my MH repair experience as pleasant as possible considering the circumstances. Work was completed timely and within the quoted price. Every I spoke to in the dealership was pleasant and helpful.

  They are moderately busy however still completed job in a timely fashion,, I live in the area so I have time to wait but in most cases it's done in 1 day
