  riding in the camp good days tour de Teddi my oldest son, 16 had a blowout. once we heard Beets was on the way 2 of us ride on, standard in long rides. Wolf from Bert's in Rochester put a new tire on my son's Zullo which is hard to do as the bike has very close tolerances. Excellent job Wolf, and thanks for supporting the riders in the Tour de Teddi

  Just rented two electric-assist bikes from Bert's Bikes. Doug and Matt were very helpful! They were both knowledgeable, patient and made the experience a very enjoyable one! When it comes time to purchase my next bike - I wouldn't hesitate to go to Bert's Bikes.

  They offer "OK"services and suggestions. I brought my bike there recently and they said they could fix it for 150$. MY front wheel was backwards and my chain didn't' shift properly. 150$ seemed like a steep price, so I went to Pittsford bike shop and they charged me 16$. if you are going to buy from, whether it's their services or a product, then make sure you are not overpaying. I wouldn't recommend them though since they tried to do something as shady as that to me. I knew 150$ was unreasonably priced.
  
  P.S. Before buying anything from these guys i recommend searching online or going to other bike shops to compare.

  Since I bought my Terra Trike Rover, the staff in Rochester have been the most professional, courteous, and knowledgeable staff I have encountered! I have had to tweek some settings on it, and they have been ultra responsive. I drive from Syracuse to Rochester for your exceptional service! Would NOT go anyplace else! Kudos to Bert, Wolf, and the rest of the staff at Bert's Bike's

  I've used their service dept twice and both times the staff was knowledgeable and friendly.
  They did excellent work, did it quickly and for a reasonable price.
  I drive an extra 10 miles (one way) to have them work on my bike(s).
  I highly recommend them.
