Could not have asked for a better room for the price that we paid. We had a great view of a beautiful frozen via our balcony. The amenities they offer are more than one would expect to receive. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who's trying to have fun and does not have to worry about poor service. 👍👍
Very bad feeling staying at this hotel, don't ever want to come here anymore, tell everyone I know stay away from here. People are very rude in here, find somewhere else , be smart!!!
Friendly staff, nice rooms, reasonable rates and a nice location on the river.
Had a company party in the Riverview lounge and the food was very good there with very good service. It's now changed over to Radisson and they seem to have put some money into the place to make it a nice place to go. I thought it was worth it.
Nicest hotel i have been to in a long time. Great amenities upscale toiletries personal kureg in room and great rates!
We reserved 2 rooms for two nights and were less than satisfied with the rooms and lack of ammenities provided. Our telephone did not work..we used the phone in another room to call the front desk for service. Our toilet did NOT flush..there was NO chain in the tank at all. The maintenance man repaired it with "zip ties" which only worked temporarily. The beverage vending machines were completely sold out of products on THREE floors. There is no refrigerator or microwaves in any rooms which is extremely inconvenient for more than one night or for families with children. The hair dryer in our room also did NOT work. VERY DISAPPOINTING..definitely gives Radisson a BAD name!
Not at all what I expected. We were assigned this hotel while in the area for a hockey tournament. Surprised that we'd get a "resort and spa", but whatever. Then we looked at the pictures online, and it definitely looked a bit dated. Expectations were tempered. It vainly wasn't the fanciest place ever, but it was decent. No, the accommodations weren't the most modern. The regular rooms were a touch small, but they were clean and the balconies were nice. We had friends who got a suite, which was much roomier. The pool was EXCELLENT.. very large, and they even have a lifeguard on duty. Front desk staff wasn't the friendliest, but we talked to the manager a couple of times, and she was fantastic. Don't eat at the restaurant, the are CLEARLY not prepared for more than 2-3 tables at a time. We ate dinner and breakfast there, and service was painfully slow (though the good was pretty good). Very hockey-friendly hotel, had no problems with our kids playing knee hockey. They also gave us a complimentary party room for a team party. All in all, it was everything I'd expect from hotel at $109/night.
