  Best time to go is early or right when they open. They start getting busy around 9am-10am.

  My white clothes were stuck in a washer. Upon letting a employee know she did try to get it open but it would unlock. I was told she called a handyman and he would be here to unlock it as hours went by I was told that I wouldn't receive my clothes until the next day and to call back in the morning. I called back this morning and the same employee had a attitude about me calling because they were not open and she doesn't know what time the handyman will be in to fix the washer. I was told the day my clothes were stuck in the washer I would receive a free wash and dry on my clothes.

  The washers I used didn't really get the clothes that clean and the clothes didn't come out smelling like my laundry detergent: it was as if the detergent did not get added to the wash. The dryers were good. No Wifi!

  I have never had a problem with the staff here. They helped me out when the coins got stuck. I have yet to have any problem with any staff
