I use to recommend this place. however last week was the last recommendation. Apparently it's policy for them to leave cars unlocked all night and they are ok with people stealing things out of them. I'm embarrassed that I recommend this place to my friend.

Worst customer service I have ever seen.. will not recommend to anyone.. I dropped my car off three days ago and told them specifically that my car had a bad immobilizer.. they then call me the next day tell me they can’t replace immobilizers.. why would you not tell me that when I dropped it off?? But I say whatever ill just take it to kokomo auto world I get my keys and go to my car to find that my car is unlocked and things everywhere.. multiple items stolen out of the car and trash everywhere clearly somebody stayed the night in my car.. I tell the owner and the only thing he has to say is “o sorry about that bud” ????! Serousily? Why would you leave someone’s car unlocked over night? As a business owner I would be embarrassed and try to rectify the problem(aka replace my stuff) but hey that’s me I recommend reading the rest of the reviews seems like I’m not the first one.. I regret not reading them

Dropped car off at 2:30 for a routine oil change, they said it would be about an hour wait and then they'd call when it was finished. Called my home phone right at 5 even though I gave them my cell phone number so I never got the call and even if I had they would've been closed before I could get there. Drove by and saw car was completely unlocked for anyone to open. I had valuable items in the back seat that I'm sure they wouldn't have covered if stolen. Very unprofessional and don't understand the logic of calling someone as you're closing. Won't return

Let me try and make a long story short. Took my truck in to have it aligned. I was going out of town so my mom said she will help drop it off and pick it up. So I wouldn't have to worry about it. While I was gone they called my mom and said it needs lower control arms both fronts she didn't want me to worry about anything so she told them to do it. Come to find out they charged 734.38 dollars and 712.30 for the other. They got the part from advanced Auto and after looking into price of parts advanced listed it for 429.99. ok they need to make money mark up I get that 429.99 at 30% mark up 558.98. at the price they charged that's even over 50% mark up almost double. They way over charge for parts. AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN DO THE ALIGNMENT RIGHT OR MAYBE DIDN'T DO IT AT ALL. Still pulls the the right and steering wheel is turned to the left when driving straight. I will not be back and will not be recommending anymore.

I went in for a tire alignment, and they told me i need a service before they could do the aliment. It was something i could do myself and didn't need and they got rude with me . so when i came back the next few days with an appointment set after i fixed what was needed they said someone came in before me and it was first come first serve and that it would have to be next week. whats the point of appointments if you claim its first come first serve, i would have came earlier if that was the case. its retaliation because i fixed what was needed for far cheaper than what they wanted. And they lost mine and my family's business.

I have found Burnett's to do good work at a reasonable price. That is what a service center is supposed to do, and that is why I will continue to take vehicles there when they need work.

I was in Olathe, KS for a baseball tournament with 2 boys and no husband. My car was making a crazy noise when we arrived at the ballpark. My husband was at home freaking out. My sister-in-law recommended them. They came to pick the car up at the park, took it to the shop to see what was wrong. Then came back to the park to pick me and the boys up. Best customer service hands down. They found nothing wrong and only charged me $29.50. Most places charge $50 just to open it up. They were awesome!!! Never missed a pitch!!

Every time I have taken my Seabring to Burnetts they've always done and excellent job and finding the problem and getting it fixed right the first time and the prices are very very reasonable sometimes if it's a minor issue they don't even charge you for a fuse replacement but they are very kind people and they're very experienced and I've had no problems with them whatsoever and they are a lot better than taking them back to the dealerships.

Took my vehicle to what I was told was the best shop in Kokomo. That is just a flat out false statement. In my opinion they are the worst. I took my vehicle in to get it looked at and their mechanic said it needed a new distributor and a throttle body sensor. Well it took them over a week to even get to it and when I picked it up the distributor wasn't installed properly and was loose, causing the engine to run horribly. The spark plug wires were not put back on tight enough and they fell off while driving. I also had them change the oil and guess what?! They didn't even change the filter. They said they would fix the problem so I brought it back and they had it for another week. The van still isn't running right. So my suggestion is to find another shop besides these people. I pretty well consider my 800 dollars wasted.

Had my vehicle in for a repair at Burnett's recently. When I went to pick it up the next day, the battery was dead. They indicated that the alternator was "putting out 13V" and needed to be replaced along with the tensioner for the serpentine belt. The quote to do the job was in excess of $600. They admitted that the battery was dead because they had mis-adjusted the brake switch which left the brake lamps on overnight. Took the vehicle home and checked the alternator, it was putting out the proper voltage (~14V) and have not had any belt squealing one would expect if the belt tension was too low. Burnett's has done good work at a fair price in the past. But this situation was either a potentially expensive mistake or an attempt to up-sell unnecessary repairs.
