I had my car schedule for a oil change and to look at our our windshield wipers.they did the oil change but didnt look at the wipers because they said it more complicated than that.they told me i would have to reschedule my car again and it would cost 100.00 fee just to look at it.plus alot to fix.i called the service center and they wouldnt look at it.u see i made appointment for both to be done oil change and my wipers fixed.i had my brother in law to look at the wipers and its was the wipers it only took 5 min to fix on my 2009 chevy malibu .now i know the service center and the mechanics was just trying to cheap me money wise because they thought i didnt know what i was talking about.i will not be going back there at the service center..when customers come in they sure not be cheaped or taken for moneyvery upset customer.brett/jimmy..

Staff is always nice and friendly. It's always clean and comfortable in the waiting room. The ladies at the desk where they call you when your car is ready are the sweetest ladies you'll find this side of kokomo.

We bought a used Chevy Impala from them. The car looked like new, drives like new. Radio works, air conditioning works, interior was spotless and best of all, out of all the car dealerships we visited, they had the best price! We bought from a wonderful talkative elderly dealer who was very personable and kind. I told him before we left, the next time we need a car we'll be buying from you! It's now been a few weeks and the quality of service and vehicle is still A++ Erik's Chevrolet rocks!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Dropped my car off yesterday and paid over $100 for them just to look at it. Called again today and they said they may or may not look at it today, meanwhile I'm paying over $30 a day for a rental car. You would think since this is a big name car dealership there would be better service. Guess I was wrong!

I have worked with Bob Moore, my salesman, on several purchases. We get along great and he has always taken very good care of me. He got the exact car I wanted and helped with a courtesy trade as well. Everyone in the dealership was helpful. And the paperwork was quick and efficient.
