  I was referred to this company after a co-worker told me of some good experiences his wife had with them previously. He was getting ready to build a house and they were going to do the work for him. So I decided to get them to refinish and add hard wood floors to our house.
  The price went up several times, I had to finally refuse to pay a higher price because that wasn't what we signed up for. Then it took them a lot longer to finish the job than they told us it would. Even once it was finished we couldn't go back in the house for an additional week because the fumes were so bad it made us sick! Not to mention some of the people they contracted with to do some of our work took some items out of our kitchen drawers. Couldn't prove it was them but they were there when we left and gone when we were able to move back in no one else was able to set foot in our house at that time! Not to mention they were VERY rude to me when we had a problem with our floor right after we were able to move back in. My husband had to talk to them, I couldn't even get them to respond in a civilized manner. Even then they refused to even consider that it might be their fault, all this was before they came out to look at it!
  Since then they also were very rude to the co-worker that recommended them to me. He feels very upset that he referred them to me. He says he will never use them again. Same goes for me and I will tell it to everyone I see!
  
  By the way they got my last review deleted. Lets see how long it takes them to remove this one!
