Dr Royal and their staff are the best!! They have helped us with thousands of rescue dogs saved from shelters, their staff is always so sweet and patient and Dr Royal is the best vet we have found in NC. No one should give their clinic anything less than 5 stars they are truly amazing folks who know their stuff!

The entire staff at Wilkes Veterinary Hospital is incredible. Dr. Royal, Dr. Melissa and Dr. Bloise are very knowledgeable and compassionate. The vet assistants are very skilled and greet me and my pet warmly and help to make us feel comfortable. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that the care that my pets have received is top notch. I highly recommend them!

Dr Royal, Dr Melissa, as well as all of the staff, have been more than helpful for my family and our 'farm of animals' that we have. They are always greeting our animals as if they were greeting their very own. The compassion that Wilkes Veterinary Hospital shows is second to none. I recommend this group to anyone!
