I found amazing deals and great quality products. The service was excellent even though these worker's were so tired! They served me with a smile! Wilkesboro Kohl's is the best!

Lots of choices, variety, brand names. Prices were excellent. Friendly store attendants asked if I needed help and assisted when I did.

There are definitely Customer Service Friendly Employee's that work here who will go out of their way to solve any customers problems or needs even if it happens to be right at the check out line. The Employee helped me by calling the Kohl's Charge Card Customer Service Toll-Free # to correct some charges that were made after the order was canceled after finding out that you can't use your Kohl's Charge Credit Card to buy third party gift cards in the store.

Store is very small and options are limited. They do have a nice reward/point system. For every amount spent you will receive Kohl's cash and points which you can apply to your next purchase. Staff was very informative about rewards program and helping find items in the store.
