Simple menu, good food, great service. They have original sauces for every taste. They have a full bar with beer on tap. I was treated with a complementary scoop of ice lcream after my meal. I will be back.

First time eating here after driving through many times amazing place! The food was delicious and came right after we ordered. Nice outdoor patio area, that was extremely dog friendly - they had bowls of free dog bones from their ribs for all the pups. Staff was friendly, prompt, and polite. All around great place and we will definitely be back again soon!

Service was great, nice cup of ice cream as complementary dessert, but brisket was tough, and a little off-flavor. Wish the food was better, otherwise a nice spot. Maybe just a bad day

Awesome food and great atmosphere! Love the cornbread too. We had great service and never had to wait long for anything. Had to buy a bottle of the spicy bbq sauce to take home. I highly recommend this place!!

Best BBQ I've had in California. Good selection of local craft beer. Gem of a restaurant. Owner cares about his place.

I'm a local in the area I wanted to try a different BBQ place - we usually go to Bubba's in La Jolla - so I convinced my husband to try out Bull's. We arrive, the gentleman who looked to be in charge told us it was open seating so we picked a table that hadn't been bussed yet because it was in a nice sunny location. I'm fine with waiting a few minutes. But after ten minutes with no acknowledgement from the two servers outside or the manager I took the glasses the precious party left behind inside myself and asked for someone to come to us. I was told they'd come in a minute. Another ten minutes went by and I was no longer interested in staying so my husband and I walked out. Maybe they serve good food (obviously small portions for the price) but there's no excuse to ignore customers entirely. We're nice people, I smiled at everyone, and I feel extremely frustrated because after twenty minutes of respectfully waiting I left hungry and unacknowledged. I hope if you read this you'll go somewhere else and have a better evening!

This is one of my favorite spots. The staff is down to earth, nice, and have found that balance of checking in and not bothering too much. The food is the best BBQ in SD, if you ask me, and to say they are dog-friendly is an understatement. Not only do they have a patio where the dogs can join (there are always dogs there, too), they offer to bring a bowl of water and a beef bone for the dog to enjoy (at no cost).

If you're looking for a place with excellent food, great service, and a rare wait, this is the place to go.

Good barbecue spot that's pet friendly. Your pups will absolutely love the bones that they get as you enjoy yours. Beef ribs are so goof! I just wish they sold their corn bread by the dozen to take home!

Food is really good, gets hella busy so it's easy to be lost in the sauce for service but they are super friendly at least and really try. Good menu price to for those looking to not splurge. Dog friendly as well

Great pork ribs. Really nice sides. My favorite is the four cheese Mac with crumbled Cheese it's on top. Wow. I've never had a bad meal here.

Such Good food, and awesome service people, had our dog, he was given a bone upon being seated. How happy was Eli!!! I had eaten here years ago when I was in the area. We'll be stopping again. Salmon, Pulled pork, Brisket and the hot sauce. Decent Cabernet too.

The parking was not very good, had to drive around back on the curb. Walked in and nobody was there to greet at all. Waited at the counter for a couple minutes and the guy finally shows up, gives me a menu and I go sit down. Nobody came over to get my order, so I went to the counter again and the guy rang me up. The food came out decently fast. The mac n cheese was not so great with the stuff they added on top of it, the beans were good and the brisket sandwich was alright with their house bbq sauce. Ate my meal and was reading on my phone, but the waiter never came back. Never even asked if I wanted a refill. Just rude to treat some customers one way others another.
