Great food. Crowded. Noisy.
The best Korean tofu soup in town. Also has excellent banchan (side dishes). Service is always amazing and prices are very reasonable.
Service was horrible, staff was rude. After we were seated, the waitres removed us from our table only to give it to an Asian group. I keep telling the waitress, we are ready to order and she ignored us and seated us in a table away from everyone. I felt segregated ( we latins ) I never in my life felt so awkward in a restaurant. Sometimes is not the action, but how you do that action. I think every customer is important, regardless of race, creed, color,
Don't seat us in a table and then removed us so rudely, just because you want other customers from you own race to be happy. In this planeT " WE ARE ALL EQUAL" How many more disasters we need to realize, we are all one.
The sides were a little bland. The bulgogi beef was good, but portion was a little on the small side for $16.99.
Great food, friendly service & best kimchi in town.
Food is delicious! Free side dishes are great!
Recommended Raman !
Like some asian places they are not very hospitable to non-koreans like me. However despite that I keep coming back for their great soondubu jigae which I absolutely relish
Amazing vegetarian options, quick and friendly service. I always get extra cucumber salad and kimchi on yhe side of my fave stews, never got charged extra.😍
Love the flavors, love the prices!!
Once a week gotta' come ☺
(There is always a parking spot too)
Food is really delicious, the waitresses are fairly attentive, and I can always find a seat (although parking can be hard).
Great korean food. Quick service. Opens on Sundays.
Like everyone says the owner is super nice and the soup is just divine!! A true hidden gem-- with a simple menu delivering hearty and delish soups and the VIP treatment from the owner to all customers, this restaurant is one of my faves of all time and highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent food and service!
Food is delicious and plenty of gluten-free and vegan options. I got the #1 combo with vegetable tofu stew and it was great. Plenty of food in each serving and great service!
My only complaint is Styrofoam to-go containers. I'd love to see cardboard or something more sustainable!
Best Korean food in San Diego as of today. Unfortunately, that isn't saying much. Do Re Mi was better but they closed down. Great service for an Asian restaurant, but again that isn't saying much. All in all, it's good Korean food, which for me is better than great [fill in the blank with most other types] food.
