  Once there, he jacked up the price another 200.00. This brought it up to dealership price. His receipt said 'no guarantee'. Had I known he would charge dealership process, I would have gone where I got a warranty. That's bait and switch

  This placed ripped us off. They sold us lug nuts that were supposedly original Lexus but just a "different color." Upon close inspection, we found out that was not the case and got real original lug nuts from the Lexus dealer and went back for a refund. Andy claims he never said they were original and only offered half our money back for a refund. He completely lied and tried to backtrack. Dishonest and disgusting!

  Fast and very professional.
  He explained how they conduct the tire alignment service. He showed me how off my alignment was for both front and rear tires. I am very satisfied with my service and will recommend friends and family to come.

  I give Bui's 10 stars for great customer service. I was referred by someone to come over here and I'm glad i did because Andy was great. He and his guys serviced my car hassle free and did an awesome job. Andy was very professional and was willing to work with me. I was very pleased with Bui's Auto Repair and highly recommend them.
