Service was mediocre at best. The manager I dealt with was friendly but the 20min wait seemed a bit unreasonable for having 4 workers. The Tire selection was decent giving premium and economy options.

Giving 4 stars Bc although the staff here is super helpful, extremely nice, and always doing what they can to fix issues, I’ve had a ton go wrong with my tires and lug nuts since buying brand new tires here in July. I’m updating a once bad review, to a better one thanks to the help of Felix and ryne that work here, they did everything they could to explain, help, and assist me with all of the issues I’ve had. Great staff, just hate the issues I’ve had.

Smooth experience from start to finish. Came in b/c check tire light kept coming on in my vehicle. They found a nail and repaired that tire and rebalanced my car for free. This is my first experience here and would recommend them highly. I did make an appointment on their website prior.

Discount tire is a decent place to change tires, except, we brought two vehicles here recently and the wait time was a little long, although the staff worked hard to be quick. The wait time was about 2 hours. The staff are polite and well trained and the lobby and restrooms were very clean. Complementary water and coffee is served in the lobby.

Lee did a phenomenal job helping me out today! I called asking for one used tire for my passenger side since I've been driving on a spare for about 2 weeks now, I explained to him
That I've called so many places, went to rent a wheel and filled out a ton of paper work for them to try to overcharge me, had a ton of places tell me my tire was out of stock, or they couldn't fit me in for days/ weeks he told me he could get me 4 new tires today at a very low cost I was shocked! I explained that I couldn't afford them st the time and he explained to me how to go online and apply for tire credit which I did, took a few simple steps, and I got it, called him back, he told me to come on in right then!!!! He got me in and out and the fastest speed possible, and did an amazing job helping me out. This place is awesome! After 2 weeks of terrible service and dreading even getting a tire, lee and other staff made it so easy for me to be in and out quickly!response / report this review -

Staff was knowledgeable and helped me get the tires I really wanted. There was a small issue with one of the tires going to the wrong location which pushed back installation a few days but once it was resolved the tires were installed quickly.

These guys have been fantastic! I can't speak highly enough about the staff, they really do want to help you out. They also have taught me two HUGE lessons.
1. Get your tires rotated people! Every 6 months or 6,000 - 8000 miles. Do not be like me where you have expensive tires and forget to rotate them.it will cost you!
2. Get the Discount Tire Warranty for each tire. The Protip is you can get them on existing tires! As long as they are above the minimum tread depth, Discount Tire will put them under warranty.
What does that mean? Is this another scam warranty that never pays out? No! Its awesome! You get unlimited tire rotations for the lifetime of the vehicle and you get roadside hazard protection!
I recently hit a large rock perfectly nested between the road and the sidewalk entering my neighborhood. A long day and I run over this rock right when I enter the neighborhood! Long story short, my tire blows and Discount covers my entire tire!!!response / report this review -

These guys have got to do better! Took my car there to get a tire replaced and they broke a wheel stud on the front driver side. They referred me to Nobody's to get it fix it. Got to Nobody's and they discovered Discount Tire only put 3 lug nuts on each wheel!! My Honda Accord has a 4 lug pattern. How hard is it to put the wheel back like you took it off!! This is TWICE they jacked up something with my car!! Never again unless I'm standing over the shoulder watching!!!

These guys are professional and efficient, an exceptional experience every time. Ryan was great on the phone and Lee is very personable and friendly. You can buy tires anywhere, I keep coming back here because they treat you right and their prices have never been beaten. The local Honda dealer was $60.00 higher per tire for my car which is what prompted me to find these guys, it's been a great experience ever since. Even the old manager, Tyler was great. For me to remember your name, you did something right.

Seriously professional tire shop, with superb attitudes and customer service. I just stopped in for a nail in my tire, and my car was taken in as fast as they could. I am literally sitting in the waiting room, happy that I chose to stop here, and thinking of who I need to refer to this shop. I have 4 cars, and will use this location for each of them. Great tire shop!!
