Tony's Transmissions is the best transmission place that I have ever been to. He is honest and cares for his customers. I went to another transmission place who gave me a quote of $1200.00 but Tony did the same job for $75.00. That's a $1125.00 savings. It just goes to show you always get s second opinion and Tony's is the place to go second. He and his staff are the BEST!! Thank you Tony and staff.

Tony recently rebuilt the transmission on my 96 Dodge Ram.
I waited until I put a little over 500 miles on the truck before writing this review. My transmission shifts like new so I'm a happy customer. If you need your transmission rebuilt go talk to Tony, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

These people are great! They got my car in and out in TWO DAYS! The cost of the repair was exactly what they said it was going to be - the time frame to which they said it would take for the repair was sooner than originally quoted. YOU CAN TRUST THIS BUSINESS! HONEST PEOPLE AND QUALITY WORK!

My son took his truck to have a rear main and.front trans seal replaced and the trans pan gasket replaced. He got the truck home and the 4 wheel drive shifter fell off. The pan seal is still leaking and the vacuum solenoid bracket line was not reattached causing the line to come off. It was not pumping fluid properly and the clutches welded together. Yes his price was better than anyone elses and had really good experiences from the old man, but this negated all of the past. I would not recommend them to anyone. He decided to just take the loss on this and go to a more qualified technician.

Took our 2011 dodge grand caravan in for a transmission rebuild and not only was the price much better than a dealer the customer service was exceptional. Will never use the dealer again and I highly recommend tony at Tony's transmissions in Covington. Jim and Courtney Fuller

I had nothing but issues out of the transmission walker worked on. I took it back 7 times. On the 8th it was explained to me that they didn't know how to work on my transmission, and that the only one who could or was capable "the uncle" was fired and told me to take it to another shop. I decided to take them to court. I was out of warrenty. So they got away with the shabby work and craftsmanship.They in my opinion did not take care of a loyal customer.I had my transmission rebuilt at another shop in the area. Who explained why I was having problems. A lot of the work done at walker was wrong. Since having my rebuilt transmission rebuilt again In the same year with less then 10,000 since walkers work. I would strongly suggest finding a different shop. This one has no integrity they will not stand behind there work!!!!!.

I took my SUV. Took it back because the fluid leaked out. Took it back because the bolts were hanging out and the they cracked the flywheel. Couldn't crank it the next time because they cracked the distributer cap and blamed it on vandalism. Took it back again because the fluid dumped again and they left the cover plate off. Also, found an oily note, between the seat, that a technician left in my SUV. The letter was from another customer complaining about brining his car back for the fourth time. EVERYONE tried to tell me, only after I took my vehicle. DON'T GO!
