As a place who depends on machines to be up and running at all times, BMH has never let us down they are quick to respond to service calls and very efficient with diagnosing and repairing all problems to get us back up and running as quick as possible. When calling for service Hank and Joanna are always happy to help us and put a rush call in for emergencies. The techs are awesome and go above and beyond whenever needed.. Highly recommend

I am writing this review because it’s well deserved and I have had some awful experiences with companies who do nothing what the say the will. I do however understand we all have bad days.
BMH is a fantastic organization!! I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about them. Their salesman Jeff was only concerned about getting me quality answers when I had a bunch! He always responded and was always helpful.
We moved our operations during the pandemic back in early May and we needed to get a forklift for the new location. It was all about timing and Jeff said “Do not worry, if the forklift isn’t here on time (6 week transit/build time) we will make sure a forklift is at your new location to accommodate what you need when your other warehouse arrives to put away”
The hospitality and sheer customer service blew me away!! I knew they would always get my business moving forward with any needs they can help with. Why would you go anywhere else?!
Just today we received another order that we placed with BMH that supplied all the racking for our warehouse. I called Jeff again and asked if he can send me and my team a YouTube video or something to make sure we don’t put the shelves together wrong and waste our time. He said “if your there now I can come over and show in about an hour”. He came and showed us exactly what to do!!

Been working with Jeff S and Joe K at BMH very closely since late 2018 as we were relocating our warehouse. They helped us with our layout, got us new racking, and had it all installed in well under the 2 week lead time we were given. They also were great with getting us good used lift vehicles as well, including the rental we needed for a couple weeks during the physical move.

Joe helped Greenbelt Industries in a hurry. Our charger for the fork lift quit and of course no one told us the truck wasn't charging until it died. We called the guys at BMH at 2 PM on Monday and by 4:30 PM Joe was delivering our solution.

Quality Service/Sales people who provide honest and excellent options with quick responses to any service or product needs I have had. Service technicians have done quality and timely work with quick response times when called. Great company to work with and always first on my list to call for my business needs.
