Do not staywe went into our room and noticed a mouldy smell. The rooms floor was uneven like the floor was buckling. There were several holes in the wall filled with plastic bags. The floor was dirty and quite frankly it looked like this place was destined for demolition. Do everyone a favor and flatten this place.
Oh ya, we looked at the room for literally two minutes and went back to the front desk to tell the reception that we were not going to stay as the room was a disaster. The girl said ok no problem. 5 minutes later I got an email that they had put a credit card transaction through on my room. Luckily visa sorted these guys out.response / report this review -

The reception staff is very friendly. I stayed here twice now and had a great experience both times. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, although the floor was wet in the corner. All together, great place! :)

Room was okay, as much as you would expect at a budget inn, but DO NOT eat the breakfast provided! Obviously it had been there for weeks untouched. Orange juice was fermented (I discovered after tasting), cereal was horribly stale and milk had gone bad. All in all there was absolutely nothing that was okay to eat. Ended up spending over $20 to purchase breakfast in town for family which had we known we would have opted for the Days Inn directly next-door including breakfast and been further ahead. Disappointed that this place was not true to its word in including (an edible) breakfast.

We stayed here over the weekend. We liked our stay, beds were pretty comfy, quiet, and safe location. Room was a little dark though, the concrete walls were odd, but overal a pleasant stay. Management seemed very nice.

A little musty but it comes with a microwave, TV, and fridge so its truly worth the price. All in all, nice place.

Stayed in at budget inn as our night stop to Niagra falls. The stay was comfortable and rooms were good enough. Patrick front desk helped us with check-in and even suggested places to explore in the area. I will come back here on my next trip

The room was not properly put together. There was some broken furniture but the bed was extremely comfortable. There was only too pillows and they were flat. There was no plug for the bath tub, the hot water wasn't very hot and did not last very long.

Dated inn, staffed by family members. The rooms are quite slim but there is satilite TV and coffee.

Stay was nice, good breakfast which I didn't expect. Clean and comfortable, pillows were too huge and thick to use, though. Nice shower, small and convenient to interstate.

Great location right off the highway. What they don't have in flash and extras, they make up for in cleanliness and effort. Everyone went or of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms were recently renovated and very clean. Great place to spend the night.

I stayed here one night on the way to home. The guy at front desk is nice. The room is also nice. The beds are just perfect to sleep. I got good sleep. But the washroom do not have vent. Other than that everything nice.
